This Wendy’s has super nice staff. The one gentleman was doing the work of all the employees and he deserves some recognition for it. I can’t remember his name but he was doing an awesome job and is super helpful. He needs a raise. Food is awesome and always the right temperature.

We were traveling and had to stop for a bite to eat and it was okay the lady who took our order I don’t think was the brightest crayon in the Box or either she didn’t like her job. But there was one lady who was headed out the door who is super nice to us and the manager help me out. The food was better than my local Wendy’s. But I really wish they were more friendly at first.

This is just your average Wendy’s nothing special if you’re looking for Wendy’s food this is the place to go I wouldn’t necessarily drive out of my way to go here but I would feel that way for just about any Wendy’s restaurants. I had a double Dave’s burger with fries ketchup mayo and lettuce. There was about six tablespoons of ketchup a little dab of mayo and a really bitter lettuce leaf lol after I threw the lettuce out the window took my napkins and soaked up all the ketchup It wasn’t too bad then

The food looked and tasted good but the cleanliness of the inside of the building made me really think about actually eating the food. The floors were so sticky it was like walking on tape, and I’m not Sure of the last time that the drink machine received a good wipe down, the dirt and grim from peoples fingers was disgusting.

The food was good and the place was moving at a alright lace for obviously being short staffed. Even though service was a little slower than usual I was patient and alright with having to wait a little longer. At the end of my drive home i get everything out and see they left out a fry, not the end of the world though. I still appreciate those who were there doing their best to get the job done but if things are going slower than usual the least that can be done should be accuracy to make up for the slower pace.

The wait at the Alma location is atrocious. On average for the past two years at least it is 10 to 15 minutes per car through the drive-through 5 to 10 minutes per order inside and I have never waited less than 45 min. Corporate claims it’s because they’re short staffed on Covid, however, they are not hiring. with the cost of the food and the length of the weight, eating at the Alma, Wendy’s is a waste of time compared to eating anywhere else. The quality is not worth the cost or the time required when you can easily spend the same amount of time and money at an actual sit down restaurant.

Spent over 20 mins in line at drive thru. My postage stamp size burger was cold & dry, not even warm enough to melt the cold piece of cheese they slapped on top of it. Absolutely horrible! I threw up after I choked it down.

Honestly I’ve been coming for years and the food is fine. I’m tired of being the 3rd in line and waiting 30 minutes. I was hoping it’s staffing and it would get better over time, but it truly hasn’t. Please work on your wait times.
