The corned beef melt is nicely sliced, juicy, and hot. Crunchy bread. Melted cheese. Light and crisp curly fries. A decent spot to dine in too. I’d give the corned beef quality 7.6 out of 10.

We are staying in Lakewood for vacation right down the road from Joe’s and were told to visit for breakfast. So far we have had breakfast there twice and are here for two more days. The staff have been very warm and inviting and attentive. The food tastes like I made it at home myself….delicious! The price is great, especially for the portions. I recommend anyone traveling through or nearby to stop in to Joe’s.

A great cheap diner. Somewhat worn but clean, we really enjoyed our breakfast! They’ve got great specials, the one I got was two (pancakes) two (bacon) two (eggs) and it filled me up perfectly. My partner got the French toast which exceeded his expectations. It’s nothing fancy but worth trying and returning to!

A bit pricey for not so great food. Staff was polite & friendly. Restaurant appeared clean. However, the food was very disappointing. I ordered a BLT on white bread & the bread tasted funky. My significant other ordered a meatloaf melt & was very pleased with it. His son had the chicken ranch wrap & there was more tomato than anything else. The lettuce, all around, tasted funky, too. The fries are not salted and no salt packets were added to the bag. The onion rings were soaked with oil, which resulted in a mouth full of oil. We definitely were not impressed with what $40 got us.

A little neighborhood restaurant with affordable prices. You’re getting quality food not fast food but in the fast food time mode. My college kids love this place, it’s the home cooking on the go for them.
