Had a thin mint frosty, and while it tasted delicious, it wasn’t made how I anticipated. I was sure it was going to be mixed w a handheld or come premade, but that’s not the case. The Thin Mint part is just smashed Girl Scout cookies mixed in hot fudge. They swirl that inside the cup and then put whatever flavor Frosty in your cup and then you just stir it all together. My son got vanilla, and I got chocolate. They were both yummy!

We walked here from close by. Upon arrival noticed the drive thru was really backed up and the outside was messy. Walked in the inside was clean. Was immediately greeted. We ordered told the guy at the counter that we were all going to be for to go. They did several of our orders to go but also kept trying to tray the other for fine in even though we already told them. The food was done promptly and tasted good. Other than training to clean better and pay a little better attention to what customers say. I would recommend this location and come back.

My son ordered the breakfast baconator and it’s supposed to come with 6 stripes of bacon. It had 3. He said it was nasty. I had bacon breakfast burrito. Nasty. Egg, bacon & potato wedges. That’s all that was in it. Definitely wont ever go back for breakfast that’s for sure!!!!

All the fries were cold. This was at 5:30 pm.Drive through. And was givin foods we didn’t order.And we asked for extra dipping sauce, for 3 orders of fries.Got one ranch packet.Had to go inside to get more,because as we had already pulled up.My youngest daughter was buying the meal as a treat.And it was pretty sad service.What happened Wendy’s?

The very second she opened the window “here’s this! here’s this!” back to back to make sure I got the food right when she said it with no thought crossing my mind expect for “calm down I’ll get it when at a non rushed calm pace” that lady was not nice what so ever.

I’ve been going to Wendy’s in Caro mi often lately least 3 times a week. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not, but Melissa, who has taken my order each time and served me at the window.. has been rude the last three times I’ve been through the drive-through. As a person with a positive attitude I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m sitting here in the drive-through waiting for my food rn writing this because after multiple times of poor attitude, no manners, and being cut off assuming it was just a bad day Kind of makes me not wanna come back anymore. I have half ass completed an order due to being interrupted. Then going to a different location to get food for everybody else in the vehicle. Wendy’s in Caro mi needs positive attitudes and least some type of smile on their faces. Or at least whoever is on drive throw Frfr

I ordered a ghost paper chicken sandwich & got a very dry one with ranch sauce, then ghost pepper saucy nuggets felt like I was eating cardboard.
