Went through Davison Wendy’s on my way to lessons in Burton. Had a few mins to spare. Waited in line literally 5 mins without moving an inch, so I left (already ordered). So on my way still, was the Burton Wendy’s. I usually get a biggie bag. I was already hangry at this point…. these…. are the fries I got. I know its a small sized fry, but really? Is it a rule you cant ever fill the fries to fit the size I order (or make them fresh)? And my frosty wasnt even full. It’s emptier everytime I get one. I guess this was my sign I need to quit eating fast food

And… they already got rid of my sweet n sour… tonight they were out my second choice of BBQ sauce.

I want to start out by saying the cashier Geneva was awesome friendly, very helpful and handled busy crowd amazingly! Please acknowledge her whoever owns this Wendy’s! This restaurant was clean, and food delicious.

This location has improved in the last year. Visited a few times in the last month at lunch time. Friendly service and speed at the drive-through was great. Wouldn’t recommend a salad, they’re really small now but the burger, fries, baked potato and chili was very good. Location with a gas station adjacent doesn’t help the atmosphere score.

Their food is good and service is usuallyvery nice, but if one can judge a restaurant’s kitchen by their bathroom we’re in trouble. Their bathroom is nasty. It smells horrible. The walls are gross. It needs a power washer. And soap. And disinfectant! I once walked in to find an employee “cleaning” it. She was standing in the last stall on her phone. After seeing me she quickly walked out with her broom or mop. I don’t recall which one she had. She didn’t know how to use it regardless. If Wendy’s is closed and their dining room light is off, so are the lights in the bathroom, which is just as well. It’s ridiculous and I don’t understand how it passes health department inspections. Do they even do inspections? Idk, but it gets me wondering what is going on behind their counter.

We came through the drive thru and ordered a large chili and two classic large frosty. The chili was literally juice and one of the frosty had to have half vanilla because the chocolate wasn’t working or they didn’t have enough. Not sure why. It’s been years since I’ve eaten here, and looks like it will be years before I come back.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wendy’s delivery that I order through Wendy’s site and assign to DoorDash. The support line sends you to Wendy’s and not DoorDash. Here’s a rundown of what went wrong:

1. **Cold Food**: Despite ordering at 10:50 PM, the driver took around 20 minutes to deliver, and the food arrived cold nearly an hour later.
2. **Missing Items**: Both a burger and meal items were missing from the order. Additionally, there were no sauce condiments included, despite the receipt clearly indicating what the order was intended to be.
3. **Melted Frosty**: The Frosty I ordered was completely melted by the time it arrived.
4. **Cheese Fries and saucy nuggs Issue**: There was no cheese or extra cheese as noted on the cheese fries. Sauce was limited on nuggs or non existent.
5. **Poor Drink Quality**: The drink was watered down and filled with melted ice.

When I contacted Wendy’s customer service to address these issues, I was met with a lack of support. The representative I spoke to was unhelpful and even got irritated I was calling and when I waited in line for a brief survey at the end of the call, I was told by the support rep that there was no survey for me to fill out, despite indications otherwise. He stated the survey was for him to fill out and that I could hang up.

To make matters worse, the prices have increased while the quality of the food, support, and overall experience has significantly decreased. There is a clear lack of management and quality control. Wendy’s needs to implement stricter quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and food remains its priority. Additionally, improving the training of customer service representatives to provide better support and follow through would go a long way in resolving these issues.

Overall, this was a horrible experience with both the delivery and customer support. I will never order from Wendy’s again.

I have been left on the phone with them because they can’t do the simplest thing and get me their corporate fax number that they want us so desperately to fax papers to. They are illegally withholding employer information while unprofessionally keeping us on the line. Maybe this will get somebody’s attention to make them do their job.

They’re completely out of all drinks except diet. And they must have neglected to tell me they had no cheese either. They burned my burger, forgot cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Definitely not coming back to this one

I went in yesterday after doing a lil shopping at Walmart myself and my son, I had to use the restroom and decided to do so before we ordered food. Well I pushed the women’s bathroom door opened and I swear on my life the smell of urine slapped me in the face so hard I didn’t step another foot in there I turned around and we left didn’t even wanna eat there after that. And when leaving out I heard an elderly woman telling her husband “they didn’t have crackers for your chili” he responded “they never have everything you need here”. PLEASE CLEAN THOSE RESTROOMS SMELL LIKE STRONG URINE.

Placed a very large order they forgot to give the chicken tenders, bacon on some of the burgers, did not include the receipt. When I they realized how large the order was I felt like they were lying about the other things that we wanted to add to the order because all the sudden they were out of it everything that we tried to add to it. Maybe just a coincidence. It made others very unhappy with Wendy’s disappointed in the quality of the food that we were going to get for and they won’t be going there. I was embarrassed. My burger and fries were pretty good, nice and fresh just missing the Bacon. When we realize the error and we didn’t have the receipt we didn’t even bother going back inside so we just left. That’s when we discovered later on the other items that were missing. When we got to our destination. Also the strawberry vanilla shake was pretty good.
