My experience at Wendy’s on Hill rd was the worst! Please train your workers on Customer service with a upbeat attitude and try to make the customer feel great about their experience coming to your establishment. It was my first visit to this location. The person that took my order was not welcoming at all!! Proceeded to the window to pay… no acknowledgement, just a amount given to me in a dry tone. Hands me my bag and my change with no receipt and no thank you! I wanted to ask for my money back. But I said thank you to the young man and told him I would not be returning. As far as the food goes ,I gave it to a co worker. Coming from a customer service background(first job Wendy’s Miller rd) I am disappointed. If you are having a bad day which we all have don’t spread that energy to your customers.

Do not get a receipt or what I ordered. The food in my bag was old, not hot & was obviously sitting under the heat lams for quite some time because the chicken nuggets and the patty on the sandwich I received were very hard & dried out. Very disappointing since it was so dead at the time I went thru the drive thru

I ordered a burger at this place, hoping for a juicy and satisfying meal. What I got instead was a terrible dry hamburger that tasted like cardboard. The meat was overcooked, bland, and crumbly. The bun was stale and hard. The toppings were sparse. The sauce was watery and dripped all over the plate. It was the worst burger I have ever had in my life. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their taste buds and stomach. What changed at Wendy’s, their burgers used to be hot and juicy! Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Right at the end of the night before they closed, ryan and Emanuel were still in a good mood and made our food fresh and fast! Everything was perfect even though it was just 5 minutes to close. These guys deserve a raise!!!

There was a mix up with my order I didn’t get some items and I understand they must of forgot it was late at night, but I was missing some items( I should of checked before I drove off) I believe it was the night shift manager that helped me out with ease( i dont remember his name i do apologize i think it started with the letter J and it was twice said) so I hope this gives enough information to identify him but hes very good person and made my day less stressful, so because of him and the team 5 stars.

They continue to improve. This location wasn’t great for a little bit, but they made some changes and they are really following through and working hard. We just had a delicious fresh lunch that was on point. 10/10

Waited 25 minutes for a burger and chilli due to location being short staffed, it was such an issue several people asked for refunds due to them being out of lunch time before their food arrived. Staff tried to keep up with the work load but when we arrived there were 3 people working, cooking, cashing out in store and handing drive through. More workers would be a big help to the people trying to keep this location alive! Food was good and warm despite the wait. Maybe more hiring incentives or higher pay?

This location is a complete managerial failure. Cold food, slow service, incorrect orders, missing items, no receipts, no total given upon order. Rude workers, trash on the ground, parking lot in disrepair, go somewhere else. I’m done giving this location chances, because they haven’t improved over the last few years, surprised this location is still open. I wonder if I didn’t get a receipt to prevent me from submitting feedback on the wendys corporate site

Horrible ghetto workers blaring music out the window and gossiping. No wonder my food wasn’t made correctly, and no wonder they made my baconater with chili meat. Not to mention the bun wasnt toasted so the bread is falling apart.my chili is flavored water with a bean here and there no meat. Wendys used to be all about quality, I’d know I worked for one in Michigan for 3 years and Tennessee another 3. I will never come back and I’d never recommend to anyone else.

The nuggets were so hard at this location I couldn’t even eat them. They were more like dried dog treats. The burger was ok but the nuggets almost ruined it for me.
