This place sucks. Restrooms smelled like a sewer pit. Had to repeat my order to the young lady 3 times. My fries came out with either dog hair or beard hair on them. I about vomited. Will never go here again. Had a soda for lunch

Ordered Chili no meat just beans. Tried again the second time today my husband ordered 4 large chili’s and got them home they were small cup orders.And no meat again.Called and they said no those are the large chili’s. And the crackers were smashed in the bag. Will never order from them again. They ripped us off !!

The service here is super slow even if they are completely empty. We were the only customers they had and they still managed to get 3 of our sandwiches wrong. One that only had ketchup up on it. They had entire full kitchen when we went in there im not entirely sure how if you only have one customer a full kitchen staff you manage to get an order out slow and wrong.

Their hood vent has not worked in a while, the air is so thick with fryer grease you can barely wait for the food. The poor workers are all going to have chest infections or respiratory disorders for minimum wage and that’s so sad that Wendy’s doesn’t care. A hood vent is vital when you are frying

I ordered a Baconator (for me) and Son of Baconator (for my mom). The mayo was non existent and the Bacon was so under cooked it was just rubbery fat. The burger or the bacon wasn’t even warn enough to melt the cheese. I have never been so disappointed in a Baconator, ever . My first time at the Durand, MI location…. a big fat disappointment.

We have been really disappointed lately. We always use the drive through and they always forget the little things we ask for but this morning in particular we get all thw way home and they forgot a WHOLE sandwich! How does that happen? Please close this down and bring us a Burger King!

You will wait 20+ minutes for your food. Full stop. They have zero staff and for any of us locals who go there, you appreciate that it’s just the way it is. That said, the food is always fresh AF and they really knock it out of the park with their $5 Biggie bags. Get the app and you’ll almost always get something extra for free or at least a good coupon. Make sure to check your order before you leave because they sometimes do make mistakes but they’re usually pretty good about that. I saw someone in a review say their food is “soggy” and I will say that their fries tend to be more greasy than crispy but I personally prefer that so ♀️

The speaker at this Wendy’s drive thru has been broken for at least 5 years maybe more. It’s the owners responsibility to fix it but he won’t do it. This results in the employees not hearing you when you order your food or it gets screwed up. After dealing with it for 5 years I am done with letting it slide. Fix the damn speaker for Pete’s sake.
