We went here to get some quick food, the honey mustard got left out, no big deal. My daughter and I walked inside to ask (teaching moment for her to learn to ask for things she ordered kindly), the manager gave her a frosty and her honest mustard. Made her entire day, and mine. I appreciate you guys, you’re always so kind at this location. The food is always great. Thank you for all that you do!

Absolutely disgusting food. THEY DO NOT CHANGE THEIR GREASE HERE. Chicken nuggets and frys were so dark and tasted terrible. Chili had no juice it was straight bean & meat. Also if you order lettuce it’s a pinch of shredded. What happened to romaine? This Wendys is horrible. Don’t take the chance here eat in Birch run at that Wendy’s!!

Well, this place only got 1 star since ya cqnt negative star, we went thier for food last night, the lady taking our order didnt seem to understand or hear well, claimed they dont sell nuggets and then ordered the burgers, instead 2 meals and 1 baconator, we waited approximately 25 minutes to get the food, then when getting the food, did not get one of the fries, so caught the man who finally brought it out, who also seemed he had an attitude, waited another 5 mins to get the fries, he handed it with an attitude, then upon inspecting again, the burgers were sloppily made, the baconator had 2 slivers of bacon, the fries that we lacked was given to us to our suprise had a frozen fry buried in the middle of the cooked chunks. The Coca-Cola was not flavored well. Overall this was a horrible experience and upon reading other reviews seems a common problem here! Do better!!

As I sit here writing thing I’m eating in your location. I just watched a customer drop their bag of food they just ordered and paid for. There were staff by the counter and looks like management as they just watch and ignore him as he picks his food off the ground and they don’t offer to help him. I was in disbelief. How rude and just not ok to do to someone. I won’t be back this was a horrible first impression of this side of the state for me. Overcooked fried and burnt tenders as well

Got take out but didn’t get what I ordered. Didn’t know until I got home so I didn’t take it back. I think the sandwiches I received were chicken Asiago. We ate them anyway but they were severely lacking in flavor. The sauce had watered down taste. No good and won’t be going back there again!

This Clio location has the worst wait times. Can no longer come here during my 30 minute lunch because I’m in the drive-thru for 25 mins even with a mobile order.

The Atmosphere is top tier! Couldn’t ask for anything better.Food is made to order and I can reassure you that the food is always Fresh so come on down and enjoy a Delicious Sandwich! But don’t be shy because we got the frosty’s.we try our best to not disappoint unlike McDonald’s ice cream machine
