We ate in. The door was locked, but there were people inside. The door furthest from the parking lot was unlocked. When I ordered, the cashier did not say 1 word to me. When it was time to pay he nodded his head toward the machine. I paid without knowing the price or if he even got any part of my order. I was starting to think he was disabled and couldn’t speak. He spoke to his co-workers as I waited patiently. He gave me most of my order but not all. He disappeared for a while, the manager yelled from 4 feet away that someone would be right with me. Eventually when the counter worker returned, he remembered how to speak and was wondering g why I was at the counter 5 minutes after being given part of my order. After finally received my completed order we sat down. The fries were cold and soggy. The bathroom was dirty and smelled. From the looks and sounds of the employees, I guess just showing up to work used up every ounce of every employees motivation.

This place is chill, good food of course and all that. But there is a creepy drive-thru worker who continuously hits on the people I come here with. He’ll hand you stuff out of the window, then yank it back like he thinks it’s funny. It made both of the encounters I had with him uncomfortable and weird. Any girl age 17-21 at LEAST, watch out, this guy is weird. No one wants to be hit on while they’re just trying to get lunch.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s in southeast Michigan. The place is always dark at night. The sign isn’t’ even lite up. The place looks closed, but is open. Most importantly, they are always out of baked potatoes and cookies. How do you run out of baked potatoes anyways?

My nuggets and fries were not hot. I watched them touch the food that came out of the grease with their bare hands not sanitary at all and touching on her phone touch food no gloves like really….. they need to do better!!!!

Friendly staff at the drive thru window. The food was just ok on this visit, not well prepared and I think the Frosty was the warmest item I got.

Went today for lunch drive thou was pretty busy for lunch rush but they got me thou very quickly. Very friendly service. I changed my order up a little bit while paying and it was not a problem for staff to fix. I tried the new hot honey chicken sandwich and it was really good, it was hot and cooked perfect. In my bag I received several napkins and ketchup without asking. I definitely will be returning to this location
