Really didn’t appreciate having to hyperextend my arm to tap-to-pay in the drive-through because your cashier can’t be bothered to go any farther than the edge of the window. Got home and discovered my saucy nuggets were VERY under-sauced. This is not what I should be paying a premium for. Extremely disappointed in the lack of ability this crew seems to have.

Woman behind the counter tried to convince me that the swirl frosty she handed me was the fusion frosty I had actually ordered. As a reminder, the fusion frosty has chunks and/or morsels along with the sauce in them, the swirl frosty has just the sauce. The fusion frosty is also a dollar more than the swirl. When I order food, I expect to get the food I pay for.

My husband and I stopped here for a quick dinner in the dinning room. And let me tell you it was quick! I can’t remember the last time I received my order so fast from any fast food restaurant.
The cashier was friendly and our order was correct and prompt. (Even my bunless burger request).
I’ve worked at a different Wendy’s location before and let me tell you this location has their stuff together and knows how to make happy customers. Thank you!

Older blonde women in the drive thru was so rude. I asked for pepper she slammed the door and walked away. She was making me feel uncomfortable in the drive thru the way she was starting at me and my friend and she forgot my sour cream for my potato I asked for 5 times

Waited over 15mins and the fries were somehow cold and they gave me the wrong burger. I’m not sure why but all 3 chicken items (tenders, wrap and asiago sandwich) had weird textures.

The worst customer service I’ve ever expirenced. Waiting in drive tru to pull up to the kiosk and have the employee say what do you want with attitude then say is that all in the rudest way possible after saying the first thing I want, then proceeds to ask again is that all again extremely rude. Pull up with 2 cars in front of me and 2 cars behind. The employee proceeds to stick there whole head and part of there body our the serving window then give the most dramatic sigh and tantrum in front of everybody in line. I finally pull up to the window and have a code before I give the credit card. This person proceeds to look me dead in the eye after I said “hello I have a code” in the nicest way and they cock there head like a child and moan ,eye roll and and turn away from me without a word. LOST MY APPETITE ENITIRELY! I refused my order and left. This wendys is in dire need of help(aka new employees), since this is not my first bad expirence at this wendys.
