I placed my order online, the staff were friendly, polite and quick. I would definitely say this group of employees knows their way around the kitchen, because that shit was ‘bussin’. My chicken sandwich was delicious.
Currently Wendy’s has partnered up with Wednesday Aadams, for a spooktacular purple and black theme. On Wednesdays I believe you can even obtain a 6pc nugget on the house.
I never go inside anywhere, I’m a drive through diva without the attitude. So, from what I see through the window, it looks nice.

The new salads suck. I’ve always loved a Wendy’s salad because they are known for having good lettuce and they are beautifully prepared. That has changed. Reply to this review when you get your salad game back in order and I’ll come back and try again. Otherwise, I won’t be returning.
Whoever answered the phone when I called about this was friendly and took my feedback well, so that was good customer service. I will say the person that took my card and handed me my food legitimately did not speak one word to me. That was a little weird, and a bit rude. Like how do you work the drive-through and not even say one word?!?!
Lastly, my son’s food was fine. He did not order a salad.

Food was great, so was the atmosphere but the service was not as good. The woman that took my card was rude and pushy. I was asking about the offers because I had the app open but she just shut the window on me. I ordered a Baconator, chicken nuggets, chill and a chocolate frosty. The total was 15.34

Every time we order from here lately, they give incorrect sizes (junior size when we payed for mediums, etc)
Now apparently this is a large fry. We genuinely assumed it had fallen over and spilled out the contents but nope.

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food, with the app, the biggie bag, and the frosty tag (if they still do that), it’s the cheapest by far. The Hill road location isn’t always the fastest but I don’t think they’ve ever messed up my order.

Had a fish sandwich and within 2 hours the food poisoning kicked in. That means they don’t handle their food properly and from past reviews this is a common theme at this place.
