I forgot to review it on here when it happened back in october but this location served me very Raw chicken.
I already talked to them about this and got a gift card as an apology from the manager but when I tried to use the gift cards for a delivery order, the order got cancelled because some other random person took my food somehow??? and TO THIS DAY I never got a refund.
(I know this is not the fault of this specific location but as of January 2026 I still have not gotten a refund on my $40 lol)
Oh yes also the potholes in this lot are atrocious

We just had a Doordash order from here and y’all must hate your jobs or something, you need to go ahead and quit. Night manager isn’t much either. Yeah, let’s put cold food in the bags that was quite obviously sitting for a while and then not even put any type of seal over the drinks. No way that frosty should have went without a cover on it.

Alright I get it. Its 9am but when a customer is ordering food. Dont get an attitude with the person ordering. I was in the middle of ordering a simple meal, no modifications, no additional requirements. Just a normal cheeseburger. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews so I will kindly say that I feel staff may need refresher courses on sanitation and on how to maintain a positive healthy work environment for employees and for the comfort of patrons. ( there was a lot of anger and nasty banter that workers were engaging at each other in the back where customers and their children could hear. )
Our food was wrong four times that we had to politely head up to the counter to have remedied. And even after that we just decided to eat our meals and not complain about the situation- I could see other customers being less understanding than us , as staff seemed so busy arguing and gossiping about who called out and speculation about their home life and whether or not said call out employees were “ lying “ to get out of work or not. It was a very weird atmosphere and we felt uncomfortable
Again. I don’t like leaving negative reviews , so I’ll close this with. The employees were kind TO US. But that’s about the most positive thing I can say about this visit. Hopefully more refresher training courses and employee relations meetings can turn this around for the location.

Made a mobile order around 9pm on a Saturday. Ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers, a spicy chicken sandwich, 4 piece nugget, and two drinks. When I received my food, both junior bacon cheeseburgers were missing. There is no simple way to choose missing items online, and I’ve filled out multiple surveys to request a refund. I even requested a phone call from the company, on one of the surveys. I have bit receive any replies from Wendy’s, to refund me for my missing food items. This is horrible customer service, to match the horrible service on the people who omitted half my order. Being charged for food you did not receive is bad, but being ignored by the company who did it, is worse. I would recommend avoiding this location especially, as well as all the others, as there are plenty of other food options in the immediate area, that will either not mess up your order, or will compensate you, when they do.

My work friend and I Usually get real good food and good service here. We just got off second shift at midnight and bought food and it was great. I came back 20 minutes later because we wanted more food for the family. Well no can do because someone on the drive thru speaker said “sorry, can’t take any orders, the computers are glitchy”. ……. . Oh! By the way… Do you all know the the paths that take you thru drive thru has a ton of HUGE POT HOLES!!!???

I was the only person in the drive thru at 11am and I ordered a baconator combo (#2) with no mayo. I get to work and open the bag to find a double cheeseburger with mayo and no bacon. Make it make sense.

I would never even attempt to eat here. If you’re a drive-thru person, just go in the restaurant one time just open the door because the smell. I do not know how these people work here. I don’t know how the company expects people to work here. The smell is so bad. It’s like sewage like sewage ran through the restaurant and just left it stench. I don’t know what it is but it cannot be healthy
