Staff is rude and always takes at least 5 minutes for them to ever answer there drive through speaker. They say one moment and make you weight until the vehicle in front of you has pulled off and then they take your order so there is only one vehicle that gets served at a time. It’s the slowest place I’ve ever been at.

I stopped at this Wendy’s recently and overall had a pretty solid experience, with a few ups and downs that are worth mentioning. Starting with the food, it honestly hit the mark. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crisp, and the overall quality was better than what you usually expect from fast food. You can tell when food is rushed versus when it’s actually made right, and this visit leaned more toward the latter. Definitely the strongest part of the experience.
Service was a bit more mixed. Some of the staff were polite and doing their best, while others seemed either overwhelmed or not very engaged. I didn’t feel ignored, but there was a noticeable lack of consistency in how customers were being handled. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just not as smooth or friendly as it could have been. A little more communication and attentiveness would go a long way here, especially during busy times.
As far as the atmosphere goes, it was decent. The dining area was reasonably clean and comfortable enough to sit and eat, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. It felt like a typical fast-food environment — functional, but not especially inviting. That said, it wasn’t unpleasant, and I didn’t feel rushed out or uncomfortable while eating.
Overall, this Wendy’s delivers where it counts most: the food. If you’re stopping in for a quick, satisfying meal, it gets the job done. With a bit more consistency in service and attention to the overall vibe inside, this location could easily be a standout. I’d come back again, especially when I’m craving a reliable burger and fries

I recently had a terrible experience at Wendy’s. I ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget meal and tipped $10 to be generous. To my dismay, what I received was practically a bag of sauce with a few nuggets thrown in. This was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete rip-off. I expected much better from Wendy’s and hope they can address these quality control issues. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

This is the best Wendy’s around. I work nearby and have been coming here for about 10 years for lunch. Not once have they messed up an order and the burger is always so good. Fluffy bun, perfect condiments, looks just like on an ad. I’ve been to some bad Wendy’s with greasy, messy food (19 and schoener) but not this one. This one does it right! The staff here deserves some praise!

Absolute horrible service. I was berated and made fun of because I asked for extra sauce for my nuggets. I didnt come to Wendy’s to be made fun of. I will never return and recommend no one does either.

Doors are always closed early. Good luck if you’re placing orders for dine in or carryout. I guess only people with cars can order here. On top of that if you do order drive thru there’s a HUGE chance you’ll get to that window and they’ll be out of half the items you ordered. Baked potato? Doubt it. Chili? Doubt it. Every worker has an attitude like they’re forced to be there. Go home if you can’t work like a normal person. What a shame Wendy’s used to be good.

the food is almost always good at this location, and it’s right by my house and job which is convenient… but i’m not going to come here anymore because the service is terrible! drive thru lady wanted to argue with me about my order because she rang up the wrong thing, it’s not my fault if you don’t know your own menu? i clearly ordered exactly what i wanted. then, chased me down in the parking lot because my card didn’t work on the first try and tried to blame me for stealing food..: it was her fault for not paying attention to the screen when the machine beeped telling her my chip didn’t work. chasing someone down and yelling at them over $8.49 is INSANE. never again, i’ll drive the extra 5 min from my house to a different location.
