Very good pizza restaurant!

The place is spacious, and the pizzas are huge and delicious. We ordered four pizzas for five people, and it was definitely enough.

The decoration is nice, and the pizzas are homemade — the crust was perfect: very thin and crispy.

My only negative point is that it’s a bit noisy, which can make conversation difficult.

Overall, I definitely recommend this place!

The pizza is hands down the best of NYC. We had a Marguerita with an added burrata as well as a filet of grilled bronzino served with a generous portion of delicious vegetables. I wanted to order another Marguerita for dessert but decided to behave and sticked to a good old school Tiramisu. You could tell pros are in the kitchen ! For my biggest joy, these people are not playing ! God bless their talent, dedication and seriousness. L’Antica serves an Italian cuisine a step above the dusty Italian New Yorker cuisine we have known so far. I am adding it to my (very short) list of favored restaurants.

We hit the jackpot with this place. The venue itself is beautiful. You have plenty of outdoor sitting, which we requested since it was amazing outside (68° F), and we had our dog. We ordered a bottle of red, the Caesar salad, and the diavola pizza. The salad was excellent. They fried the cappers, so it gives you an additional crunchy texture, and they’re not as strong in the flavor. But, the pizza was the best part. It’s not your typical size. It’s about 12″ and eight slices, plenty of food for two people. The pizza crust edges were crunchy and fluffy. The sauce was nice and subtle. It was amazing. We had a great night.

I had the arugula & prosciutto crudo pizza and enjoyed the delicious meal made from fresh and authentic ingredients. While this is definitely an amazing pizza it doesn’t match New Haven pizza. I wished that the dough would have been crispier.

The salads were phenomenal. Citrus salad was bright and zesty. The beet salad was earthy, nutty, and sweet. Get both!

The pizza has the right sauce to cheese ratio and the crust is perfectly browned and chewy. The center of the pizza is a little soft/wet for my taste, but it’s a solid pizza nonetheless.

The pasta noodles are clearly fresh made and cooked perfectly al dente. However, we didn’t order accordingly for our flavor palettes this visit — 3 out of the 4 pastas were too rich. The squid ink pasta had an overwhelming ocean flavor. The spaghetti nerano and cavatelli sausage e brocollini were overwhelmingly creamy, thick, and cheesy. The pappadelle genovese, what I normally order, was delightful as usual: the chewy noodles in perfect harmony with the tender, sweet short rib.

Even though we didn’t love the dishes we ordered this time, I would certainly return and order some of the lighter pasta dishes that I already know I love, like the Alla Norma.

Service was excellent — the food came out in a well paced manner. The server even brought out a second pappardelle genovese within 5 minutes when we learned that there was cheese on it (someone in our party was dairy free.)

Very cute place with good pizza. Ceasar salad was very good. Good drinks. Fun crowd. This is a worldwide chain famous for its pizza restaurant in Naples. As with all chains, it feels a bit institutional. But it’s a good choice for an easy dinner in the West Village.

What an exceptional Trattoria in the West Village that is truly genuine and authentic. The Neapolitan pizza is first rate made by artisans and cooked perfectly. The beet salad will surprise u with delightful flavors. They also add plenty of special touches like a unique glass water service that makes the tap water taste like it is direct from the Catskills! We enjoyed a perfect quiet lunch.

Decided to show up with my GF at 5pm, when they first open. It was its quiet, service was quick and the prices were reasonable. I most likely will return to try their pastas. We had the arugula and prosciutto pizza. It was . The pizza was a decent size, big enough for two with enough room for dessert.

Got the margherita pie. It was good, the sauce was flavorful but honestly the lower part of the crust was a bit soggy. The upper part of the crust had a nice crunch and a wonderful char. Overall the pizza was good. It’s not in the discussion of being the best but it’s good nevertheless.

We had a fantastic lunch at L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele! The burger was juicy and flavorful, while the gluten-free pasta was cooked to perfection. The setting was charming and inviting, making it the ideal spot to enjoy our meal. The service was top-notch—attentive and friendly.
