I wish I could rate no stars!!! Absolutely disgusting found hair in my sandwich and a maggot in my chili tried to call but no one will pick up. They also forgot my baconator fries and we waiting at the window for over ten minutes before anyone even opened it. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I’m contacting the health department because this is sickening.

This Wendy’s is the worst!!!!!! After doing some shopping went here for a quick something to eat and quick it was not!!!!! Waited 10 minutes just to order. No one ever came on the speaker to say “hey, we’ll be with you in a moment” or nothing. After waiting 10 minutes to order I had to wait another 10 minutes for the food and once I received the food it wasn’t even fresh!!!! I DO NOT recommend EVER stopping here!!!!!

It’s Nov 21st and I just left Wendy’s in Canton the time is 12:18 pm. I stood at the register until the woman with fake blonde hair that might be a manager said rudely “are you ordering”?! And I said yes. She calls for a young man who was just sitting in drive through to take my order. He didn’t even say hello, he was rude, didn’t give my receipt or asked if my order was for here or to go. I wanted to dine in so I ended up having to eat on my togo brown paper bag. The boy just sat at the register playing on his phone while the ketchup dispensers were out of ketchup. If you don’t want to work then don’t!!! There are ton of friendly people who would GLADLY take your position. Do better Wendy’s, send in corporate and get these people on their toes! I’ll never be back.

line took so long, they said they had frostys, at the order area at drive thru, once we got to the window to pay , wr paid then got told theres no frostys and adked if we wanted a refund we said yes, took 5 mins to get a refund, during that five mins we saw them pull out a frosty bag. Our food wasnt right. No mayo that we asked to be added on, no cheese on a cheeseburger and no straw for drink, no dipping sauce that we also asked for.

Went through the drive through here on our way home from the airport. When we pulled up there were 2 cars in front of us, but It took more than 10 minutes to order and almost 10 more to get our food. We ordered 2 – 10 piece chicken nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and a medium fry. We figured they had to cook food for the 2 cars in front of us and for our meals. However, our fries were cold and unsalted, the chicken nuggets were cold, and the sandwich was room temp at best. The best part of this entire experience was that I ordered 20 chicken nuggets for 4 kids to split evenly (5 each). As I’m divvying them up I realize I’m short. I’m not talking 1 or 2 nuggets short. We had 6 nuggets in the first 10 piece and 7 in the other. We were 7 nuggets short. We hadn’t left eh parking lot so I ran in to get the situation figured out and the woman who helped me approached me and said, “what?”. When I explained our issue and offered to show her the bag she just said, “oh” with zero emotion. There was no, “I’m sorry” no rush to fix the issues. She simply stood there. When I said, “sorry I’m not counting to be rude but I purchased 20 nuggets so that each of our 4 kids could have 5 and I’m going to have really hungry kids. She just looked at me. Then she turned grabbed 5 nuggets in a small container. When I asked for the other 2 she literally rolled her eyes and went back for them.

I could have raised a baby calf into a beef cow, slaughter it, process it, turn milk into cheese and wheat into burger buns then make my own cheeseburger faster than this horrible Wendy’s could. I can hear the staff laughing through the drive through as I wait a half hour for my food.

My daughter went here Sunday to pickup lunch. She ordered 3 $6 “biggie bags” which was supposed to include nuggets, burger, fries and a drink. She received fries, 2 cold burgers with cold cheese and a drink. The burgers were old and dried out, as were the fries and no nuggets at all. We definitely won’t be going back or and suggest that no one go here. Throughly disappointed.

Simple order took 15min just to get cold burger. Somewhat polite however not professional. Dirty ketchup stained cup and out of coke. Definitely not fast food.Will not be returning.
