Sucks this is the closest Wendy’s to me they never have the drink and/or sauces I want just went there not 10 minutes ago she my burger is cold they didn’t even try to melt the cheese I understand is late but if you don’t like your job find another one

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever ordered from. I just got my order five minutes ago with nobody in the drive thru. My food shouldnhave been made fresh but tastes like it has been made a while ago. I made it back to my hotel room 2 minutes down the road and my burger is colder than my fries, and the fried chicken on the other sandwich is only lukewarm because it tastes like they redropped it in the fryer.

They were very short staffed and busy. Out of sweet and sour sauce and I eventually had to go in for my drive through order. I give them a high rate because the food was good and the service inside was great. Hope the can get more help. The staff was doing their best

This restaurant is a mess. Super rude crew, Pam especially. None of them know what they’re doing. Had a max of 4-5 orders between drive thru, mobile, and lobby orders and they couldn’t get any orders right. Didn’t know how to make Frostys. Someone should tell them the purpose of a mobile order shelf is you PUT THE ORDERS ON THEM but instead they keep them behind the counter so customers stand around waiting. Took us 40 minutes to get a mobile order between them struggling to figure out what orders what and not even knowing it was done. Pam then yells at us for not coming up and asking for the order. Again, THERE IS A SHELF. Couldn’t pay me to come back here.

The under New Management sign outside is apparently not a magical fix. Whatever is going wrong at this location has been going, the cashier was clearly high and forgot to take the person’s payment before me before taking my order and then forgot to take my payment as well and then stared at me for a while and then got confused before I had to prompt him that I needed to pay. A couple minutes later he confidently handed me the wrong bag. The bathroom towels are in a pile on the floor the toilet looks like you can imagine and the flusher is broken.

I literally had a Mobile pickup and I was the only one there when I did come to pick it up they didn’t even bother to double check what I ordered, they forgot my 10 piece spicy nuggets and when I told them they gave me a 4 piece regular nugget. Honestly to keep myself from going off because I was already a lil agitated from earlier I just pulled off. Im a just stop coming to Wendy’s as a whole a lot of locations just don’t care about giving you fresh food, or what you ordered. That’s a waste of money

I ordered the Dave’s Double, and unfortunately it was served cold. The burger didn’t taste fresh, and it really took away from the experience. I usually enjoy Wendy’s, but this time the quality wasn’t up to standard. Hoping the location improves on making sure food is served hot and fresh.

Came here on multiple Occasions! Service & Quality of the food is COLD , MISSING ITEMS !!!! COLD BURNT FRIES WITH SALT . Save your money & go elsewhere . They pull u up to the window just to have u pull off and park elsewhere so u not on their clock & still have to wait for other orders Even when not busy . TERRIBLE !!!!!

I asked for some sour cream. thet asked if I would pull up cuz I had to wait for my order. so I did when the guy came out with my food I checked my bag and to my surprise no sour cream that I asked for just 45sec. ago I don’t know if the girl at the register didn’t think I was going to check or come back through but surprise I did and I said I just now asked you for sour cream and here I get my bag no sour cream…I get home the two large chocolate frosties are half full and not even cold….. Not happy .
