This has to be the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. My taco arrived completely stale and tough, and the crunchwrap was a dried-out, hard mess. The most frustrating part? The order was missing the cheesy fiesta potatoes, which was the whole reason for the order in the first place. Quality has clearly taken a serious nosedive.

Staff was helpful, food was good, and atmosphere very clean and peaceful. I don’t generally love eating on fast food restaurants because of how overstimulating and messy it can be but this taco bell was so clean and nice.

Got a 12 pack of tacos 2 go and an order of cinnabon bites? Food was all cold. Person who took order would not look at us or acknowledge us while we ordered. The desert cinnabon whatevers were 2 tiny already mushed in the bag waste of 2.29. Very dissappointed. We also waited about 20 for our order. Fast food is definitely not a thing anymore. What happened to manners?

I came here earlier today because I wanted a confetti freeze, after a prior failed attempt at a different location. I ordered 2 regular confetti freezes, and 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. The man at the drive thru did not mention that they didn’t have sprinkles so I assumed I was getting them and drove away with my order after paying. Halfway home I opened the bag to look for a straw (there wasn’t one),so I stared to head towards a different store for a straw, when I reached in the bag for my burritos ( only one was there, and it was cold). I didn’t go back right away but later on I did, and they told my they didn’t even have sprinkles in the first place. Which in my opinion you should let a costumer know that before selling it to them. Especially when confetti is advertised in the name. And when I went through the drive thought I had to wait 15 min just to get up to the mic to order when there weren’t many people at all. I won’t be returning.

Placed an order online. I waited and waited in the restaurant, and eventually noticed a bag sitting in the back. I walked up to the front to check on it, and no one came up to talk to me despite two or three employees walking past. I eventually walked around to look at the bag, and yep, it was mine. They just never bothered to put it on the pickup shelf. I grabbed it across the counter and walked out.

This one is generally more consistent than other nearby locations. You are more likely to get decent food here late at night than at Stone Village or 10230 midlo. This location had a really nice lady working the drive-thru last night too.

Ingredients are more likely to be hot here, too. The other locations serve cold food especially at night.

Btw, yes- tax is significantly higher here than at the ones further down midlothian turnpike. Usually an extra $1 per order.

I miss Olive Garden foods from the late 1980’s when everything was made fresh in house, and the foods tasted great and not shipped pre made at a distribution house. The food tasted a miss. Now it just like the rest of the food served in Chesterfield County, Virginia. “RUINED!”

As a 72 year old senior who has enjoyed Taco Bell for many years, today after my husband and I stopped in for lunch and after spending over $22, the worker refused to give us a courtesy cup of water with our meal. This is the first time in decades we were told we could purchase bottled water but could not be given a cup of water to go with lunch. Unbelievable. We will not be eating here again.

Bad service and always put of food or drinks, cashiers are rude, food was ok, but they act as if they don’t want to work, then try to say we don’t have any drinks at all, no tea either, and no frozen ones, how is all of it broken ! Give me a break, they are lazy and could care less about any customers, played on their phones the whole time. What a dump, needs new management asap !!

this taco bell isn’t very good- it takes FOREVER to get through the drive through and there’s always something missing 🙁 What we do get has been average taco bell food, so not overly bad, just not worth the wait
