Generally I have a good experience. This morning 12/4/25 was a different story. Placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive-thru. Only one car ahead of me that was already at the pickup window. Somehow, I ended up waiting 15 mins before being served my food.
Despite the wait, I was polite at the window (no complaints), but the employee did not say one word to me. Nothing but a grumpy/loathing life face.
I understand work can be crappy sometimes, but if you push your crap attitude onto your customers, you’re in the wrong line of work.
Any response or facial reaction (i.e., Smile) to me saying “thank you” or have a “nice day” would have been appreciated. Generally an apology for the wait would be appropriate at the least.
Lastly, despite the lack of customers they still managed to forget items in my order

Food was not good, service was even worse. Never met such a seemingly miserable group of employees before. I stated that two people walked out without ordering because of the wait and the response was”oh well”. Ver bad attitude to have for someone that should be trusting to keep a business afloat not lose customer. Do better guys

I went thru the drive thru on Wednesday October 1st at 7:15 pm. There was 4 cars ahead of me. I ordered 2 baked potatoes and was told that they were out of baked potatoes. When I got to the window I asked the boy why they were out and he said because we are real busy. As I sat and waited for my order I clearly saw baked potatoes bring served on trays to people eating inside. When I brought that to the guy’s attention his response again was we are real busy. I guess the drive thru is not as important as dining in. Very disappointed Wendy’s and there also was no thank you. Come on guys you can do better.

day worker women are snotty especially manager and short drivethrough shrek looking lady. Don’t interrupt them when they are trying to get extra money out of their customers they hate that, I wouldn’t trust the food they are very angry and hormonal.

Drove all the way there to eat in and the dining room was closed again. The hours online and on the door say they are open but they are always closed way earlier. Its ridiculous. It hapoens all the time.

Went through to get breakfast this morning around 10:20am and had the sweetest young man who gave incredible service. He tried to make sure I knew how to use my Wendy’s app. I wish the manager would treat him better ❤️ I have a son so I’d hate for that to be my boy being yelled at…

Order is usually not right. And my last visit on Sunday 9/7/2025 the burgers were not cooked they were slightly browned around top and bottom inside was still very rare ( red). I have been trying to call them since 5:20 PM yesterday evening.

Staff were very polite and did their best. But if the equipment is not working properly and the store is out of stock, the service rating will take the hit. A+ for the staff and food, what they had. F for the poor management of the store.

They soak your burgers in mayo and ketchup. Gobs and gobs of it. Every bite your fingers will be covered and it will be dripping down your shirt. The foil wrappers get holes through them from too much sauce. Drive though serves their food this way. When you call they expect you to drive back and let them make you a new burger. Will never eat at this Wendy’s or any other again. The cost has risen too much to be served trash food.
