They served me raw chicken and refused to give me a refund on my card. They decided to just steal it out of the register instead of properly recording the problem. Management wouldn’t even come out to talk with me. She made her employee do it. Amanda Suydam I believe is in charge. If so, She should be fired.

Came out of the restroom to find smoke billowing from the kitchen. My friends had just had a great ordeal of ordering and the management refused to take my friend’s $2 coupon from the Wendy’s app because this location’s scanner wouldn’t work. Staff was very unprofessional and were videoing customers. One staff member dropped everything and walked out saying she was done.

Worst Wendy’s meal ever! Ordered two chicken sandwiches are they were soooo overcooked. Did we tell management? Noooo because it took so long to get our food. Was the second car in line ordered 4 biggie bags, waited 15 mins. Went thru drive thru. Couple miles down the road found out 1 sandwich was plain, missing one fry and one nugget order. The 3 other nugget order each was missing a nugget. Most likely won’t return to this place.

I get being short staffed. However, that’s no excuse when they aren’t busy. Didn’t listen to what order my husband said, then didn’t give us our medium fries or sauce. Manger said if we come back, she’d fix it. Yet it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. It wasn’t like we did a huge order.

Excellent staff. They were overwhelmed with the amount of customers, however they took it in stride and came out on top instead of falling apart and getting upset , frazzled or giving up. Great employees, great food. Just need better seats. 99 out of 100. These employees are the best!

Really need to work on keeping dining area clean. Dirty tables, dead bugs on window sill. Service was slow. Even though there were about 5 employees walking around. And the dining area was filthy.

Waited 20 minutes . 10 people behind me got there food. When I asked where my food was they told me it would be a little longer. Really 20 minutes wasn’t long enough. Told the kid I was calling the 800 number he said go ahead. Left with no food . Plenty of others options will never eat there again .
