I am ordered a stuffed sopapailla with hot green chili and the chili was more mild than the salsa and salsa not very hot like I was.
I hope the next time I come back the green chili is better much better. Our waiter was fantastic
The rest of my family felt the same

I went to the morning walk up window for a breakfast burrito. I opened the burrito and the steak is not cooked all the way, the eggs were green and it smelled like it was past its shelf life.

First let me tell you that we have been eating here for many years but only at lunch time. We know exactly what we want and order the way we want it. There is a family feel to the place on the lunch shift all the servers are great we especially like Amy but all of the other servers are great as well.
If you like your food spicey hot this is the place, you will not be disappointed. We always order the Pork Burrito, Smothered in hot green chili, deep fried with extra chili and we are never disappointed. The pork is so tender and tasty. Check out my pictures, one is the deluxe the other is the supreme.
I have read most of the other reviews and I feel like some of them are for a different place, I have never been disappointed here. I think its a good idea to be an informed consumer, check out the menu online before you visit and ask for what you want, the staff is more than happy to work with you.

The service during my recent visit was disappointing and did not meet expectations. However, the bartender provided excellent service and truly salvaged the experience. The food was fresh and delicious, which was a definite highlight. I generally prefer supporting local establishments over chain restaurants and have never encountered an issue here before, so I hope this was an isolated incident.

The salsa taste like tomato sauce not enough spices. You need a good salsa and chips in a Mexican restaurant! They gave us a dinner menu and told us it was the lunch menu. The prices were outrageous double if not triple I almost left. I should have taken a picture of the menu prices. They had Pepsi products! So we shared a $20 combo platter it had a burrito, cheese enchilada, beef taco, bean tostada. The burrito was good! We asked for beans and beef, covered with enchilada sauce, lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes. The cheese enchilada was good! The staff was very nice. Our waitress was excellent!

We just tried to go here to get breakfast burritos, they were closed, its 9:30 and their menu said they served bfast until 10am? Just super confusing. There are two different hours depending on where you look. (Also the open sign was on, but the doors were locked).

After leaving another place across the street, we decided to go into Albertos Mexican restaurant just to see what they had to offer. We were seated within a few minutes and proceeded to wait 20 minutes to even get a waiter. The place was empty, maybe had one other table eating and so we thought it would be quick. After ordering a tamale plate and queso and hot corn tortillas, we proceeded to wait for 30 minutes before I asked the bartender where the food was. It was one plate of food, usually in these establishments, that would come in about 5 minutes. This one, however, took a lot longer. Once served, they forgot about the queso we ordered and the corn tortillas, which we had to ask for again. The lady brought out the queso, I took one small bite of it, and it had turned bad. I told the lady who brought it that it was bad, and she said, “I knew it was bad,” and walked back to the kitchen with it. I asked myself that if you thought it was bad or knew it was bad, then why did you serve it to me anyway? The tamale plate was good, and I managed to get one corn tortilla as they brought it at the end of the meal. It was the dinner hour. I guess maybe going at lunchtime would be better? Anyway, after I left I hoped I’d be ok, no telling how bad the kitchen was, so I took a chance by eating there when the lady would knowingly bring bad food to you that had gone rank. The spanish rice had a can taste to it as if they used canned rice and just heated it. You can always tell real spanish rice from canned rice. Anyway, all turned out ok, but I’d never eat here again, too risky in my opinion, and the long waits and zero ambiance made it a no go for me. Good Mexican restaurants have that look and feel with mariachi music playing and a great Mexican food smell to go with it. They are also always busy because the measure of a good establishment is customers, especially at lunch and dinner, which this one didn’t have at dinner. The cost was 30 dollars for one plate of food and one coke.

Ordered a pork burrito supreme topped with chicarron to go. Got home and it’s all wrong, we got shredded beef and no guacamole or sour cream plus it was tiny. Like eating a smothered tortilla . Definitely has gone downhill

This place is so good! I was hesitant to try because it’s always risky to try a new restaurant. However, I think I’ve found my new favorite! I got chicken enchiladas, green chile fries, and honey sopapillas. I made sure to order the spiciest green chile as well. The chicken in the enchiladas was good quality. The chile on the fries and enchiladas was soooo delicious! It was definitely spicy just the way I like it. The sopapillas were soft and tasty. I ordered delivery so I can’t speak for the dine-in experience but the lady I talked to on the phone was very kind! I would definitely recommend this restaurant
