Perhaps the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
Fries not fresh.
Terrible chicken sandwich.
Baconator fries had just one tiny blot of liquid cheese which was hardly liquid cuz it wasn’t warm.
Cinnabon things not even warm. Cold cream cheese frosting.
Even my 19 month old who eats food off the floor and in the couch didn’t eat much.

I usually come through on the later side of things around 10 o’clock or later. Tonight was especially late a little after midnight. The grocery store had closed, so I needed to pull through to grab something to feed my furry friend at home. And the guys here had no problem cooking up some fresh patties.
With probably about 45 minutes to close, I appreciate them going The extra mile. The night shift guys are always pretty cool here. Every time I come through, they’re no-nonsense. They get your order out quick. I’ve never had any problems with my orders. Nothing missing, nothing mistaken, so
I’d say they’re one of the better crews around. To the guys working the late shift.

Upon walking in I was super excited to eat from a Wendy’s after a year or so. But i was disappointed when given my food. The burgers were burnt, the bacon was undercooked and I was told that they cook the bacon once a day and leave it sitting there. The food just had a taste where it felt like it wasn’t Wendy’s and I’m not sure how to describe it. I am however happy that they were able to remake the bacon for me to ensure I am satisfied.

I asked for some of those chili sauce packets at the drive-thru. Love that stuff, never found an equivalent in grocery stores etc. So he asked if I wanted some “extra”. “Sure”, I replied (as I can keep some “extra” at home). It’s obvious he had no choice in asking that question as 12 of them were stuck together in a cluster F by 2 that probably broke open. These places are a hoot now. I just feel I’m worth better for my “starting at $1.5 million” Cotswold Boulevard subdivision ’round here yonder nowadays.

Ordered a double with no onion or lettuce, small fry, and a small chili.
Went to window and paid, was told to pull up to door. Still no others in line .
Waited over 12 minutes for the order to be walked out by very rude gentleman, burger was overdone, fries cold and soggy, chili cold, no spoon or napkins.
Could have gone somewhere else, but already paid around $14 dollars for a bad meal. Not co

Placed an order for a crispy chicken sandwich and this was the outcome. A poorly cooked chicken sandwich with large portion of the sandwich being raw. I’ll never patronize this restaurant again. Completely unacceptable.

All I wanted was a baked potato, I thought to myself sitting at the dentist with my daughter as it became later and later Tuesday night. When we finally left the office, we hit up the local Wendy’s in an effort to score a quick dinner. As I placed my order, they promptly informed me they had no more baked potatoes, so I substituted for a jr cheeseburger instead as well as ordering food for my daughter.
We waited for the cars in front of us, 3, for 25 minutes. When it was finally our turn and I went to hand the staff worker my card, I was then informed that their card reader wasn’t working and I should have been told that before I ordered. I told her, no, I was not told that, and I didn’t have any cash. I also commented that I had now been waiting 25 minutes for nothing. She said she could “try” my card… at that moment another girl entered the window, apparently the girl who had taken my order, and began to speak defensively to me in regards to why she had not told me their card reader wasn’t working… well, turns out the card reader did work? It took my card, they handed me our order and we left. Got home, and this is the state of my “not potato.”
