Not thrilled. Waited awhile to be seated. Wrong food brought to table. Menu said I’d get pico de gallo, but there was none. My sister got soup instead of beans. Bland food. I won’t be returning.

I’m not trying to be ugly or negative by no means whatso-ever but this is one of the casa ole’s that I will NOT be going back to anymore for cheese enchilada’s bc this is the second time I’ve went there and the enchiladas literally taste dried out, and I don’t know how a cheese enchilada can taste dried out when it has the chili gravy and the melted cheese all in it it just makes no sense to me, but whatever they’re doing is making it taste dried out. It even looks dried out once it started cooling off just a very little bit. It looks totally dried out and tastes like cardboard. How do I know what cardboard taste like because I was a kid once that’s how I know. It’s really a let down though bc call Soleil is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants because I love the red sauce. I love their green sauce and I love their cheese enchiladas but for whatever reason, whoever is cooking over there at this, Casa Ole simply does not know how to make cheese enchiladas! Both times I’ve went at night. The first time I went, the green sauce was really really really good and this time I got a pint to go home with and it was not that great so truly I don’t know what is going on over there, but I hope and pray that the manager gets on top of it and finds out what the problem is because I really want to be able to go eat at Casa Ole all of the time because like I said it is one of my favs! And the fact that I’m new to this area & I was so very excited that I actually have a Casa Ole about 15 minutes from my house. And we bought this house we’re not renting it so I will be 15 minutes from this Casa Ole until the day I die or they close down (whichever is first). But I truly hope they don’t ever close down and I truly hope that they make the food better from now on.
So this is to the manager at night can you please please try to figure out what they are doing wrong with the cheese enchiladas and even sometimes the green sauce because I like to buy pints at a time of that green sauce. It’s so yummy. And I know how to make it at home myself, but sometimes it’s just a lot easier to go get it already done for you. So come on casa ole, you got this! I know you can make it better. You can do this.✊

The place is absolutely stunning! It’s a wonderful field beauty of an eyesight, wonderful smells coming from everywhere. Wonderful fun family atmosphere! Delicious food to match it all! There’s salsa is perfect put their food is mouth watering! For 5 people it was $65 and some change which is cheaper than a lot of places out there but this place was so amazing that I absolutely advise it not because of the prices alone but the experience the colorfuls surroundings the family atmosphere and the delicious mouth watering melt in your mouth food

My cousin took me to this place. He had been here a couple times and liked it so he brought me. It’s a nice modern place and we were sat quickly with our party of 9.

It’s always tough to order when it’s your first time at a new place but I decided on the Fajita & Enchilada plate. Two of my Mexican favs on one plate, how could I resist.

The chips & salsas were brought right out. The chips are the thin white corn type and were very good. They bring a both a red and a green sauce for your dipping pleasure. The red is quite mild and could have used a little more kick and flavor. The green was super mild with hints of sour cream and avocado. Usually I’m in heaven with two different sauces but neither one stood out to me. They were just average and the reason I gave it 4 stars.

The food in the other hand was amazing. The plate came with two enchiladas of your choice. The awesome waitress told me I didn’t have to get two of the same enchiladas so I ordered a traditional cheese and a chicken with sour cream sauce. It also included an uncut piece of fajita steak smothered in cheese, rice, & charro style beans. The beef fajita steak, enchiladas, & rice were awesome. The charro beans were a little on the bland side. The rice was different from any Spanish rice I’ve had. It was very fine. Definitely a plus to the meal.

The service was great and we had a very personable waitress. That always makes a meal better.

I will definitely be back to enjoy some of my Mexican food favorites. And that is all that matters.

Update: I stopped in and tried the Casa Ole Dinner which is two plates of Mexican favorites. The cheese enchiladas were made just how I like them with a mild chili gravy. I enjoyed this visit as well!

I had the wet burrito and my wife had the chimichanga. They were both good. It was my daughter’s birthday lunch. Unfortunately, we picked the wrong time. The wait staff was running a skeleton crew, but the waitress still came out with no backup and sang the Casa Ole birthday tune.

This waitress made my daughter’s birthday go exactly as she wished. You can’t put a “rating” on that, it goes beyond expectations.

The food was a bit less than expected, but given the circumstances, it was great still.

Ours was the out. The food was hot and fresh. When we discovered an error, they corrected it immediately.

Edit: Ordered take. Called and asked if they had fried shrimp tacos, yes, Ordered 3 w/ rice and beans and a chimichanga. Got there for pick up, paid and checked. Got grilled shrimp, told the lady that they are grilled not fried. She said okay we will fox. While the rest of the order sat on the counter, they took the grill shrimp and dropped them in the deep fryer. ? ? ?

Poor kitchen staff or management ? Don’t know the difference between grilled and fried ?

We made an order and when it was delivered we were missing several things from our order and when we tried to contact the store to see about having someone go and pick up the items that were missing we called for 30 mins and could not get anyone on the phone it kept sending us to Pasadena because Silsbee was not answering the phones

The service was fast and friendly. The overall environment was in need of a good cleaning. The bathrooms smelled heavily of urine and the floors were sticky and dirty. The food was hot and fresh and everything was correct though.
