They are terrible customer service they make the food semi correct while you’re in the store and when you order online through DoorDash, they make it any type of way. I recently placed two biggie bag orders, and both orders were called. Both burgers had no topping just Patty and bun and they don’t answer the phone Super unprofessional.

This Wendy’s is the worst experience where you pull up and you ask someone what their drink choices are and they say I don’t know, ma’am I don’t they’re not in my face. I do not have time to come to fast food places where they don’t even know the drink choices you can at least be informed on the food and the drinks that you are selling. I just got so pissed off from this little nasty little girl at a window who do not know the drinks at the restaurant. Why does she work there? Horrible attitude WORKERS!! I hate this location. Too many bad experiences. Get it together.

The manager Ben at this Wendy’s is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell he loves what he does — he treats customers with respect, handles pressure like a pro, and keeps the whole store running smooth. I don’t hype up fast-food spots often, but this man deserves a raise and an award TODAY. If every Wendy’s had a manager like him, the world would be a better (and tastier) place.

I came to this Wendy’s at 9am and ordered potato wedges and a small coffee a worker named brandon proceeded to tell they had no coffee after i already paid but when i came in they had coffee and they were making it for door dash. Place is absolutely trash and the refund process was a hassle.

I had combo #2 sausage, egg and Swiss cheese on a delicious croissant with orange juice. My sister had the #4 combo Honey butter chicken biscuit w/coffee…I upgraded my seasoned potatoes (in my combo) to a large they are divine and should be served all the time (all-day)!
