Whoever was working the window 1/23/2026 needs their head checked, sent us all the way around the line to wait for our pizza, totally fine even though they could’ve parked us. Pulled around and then waited over 15 minutes while they let everyone in front of us wait for their food.

The pizza we ordered was nothing like the pizza that we received. They advertise the pizza to have over 100 pieces of pepperoni baked all the way to the edge crisp and caramelized. We Received a regular pepperoni pizza with Not even half the amount of pepperoni. It’s not like these are five or $10 pizzas anymore either. Do better!

I use the little Caesars app when I order pizza here. They are usually really fast and I don’t have problems with the food itself. The only issues I’ve had is here is once in a while the app give me a time frame that my order is ready when I place my order and I’ll get a notification that my order is ready for pick up but sometimes when I arrive they will say it’s not ready and have me wait in a parking spot. The longest I’ve waited for my order after the expected pick up time was 30 minutes.
Only one time I’ve had the issue that they said they never received my order but I was able to verify it by showing the employee my app purchase and proof the payment was completed.
The parking lot is small and gets crowded easily since the little Caesars parking spots are right next to the laundry mat parking spots and the drive through line is right in the middle.

The counter gal was friendly and very helpful as she provided me a small carryout box for my leftover pizza that I could not eat. The pizza was piping hot when I received it, but it was made with too much tomato sauce and not enough cheese… dedicating one star because of this.

After getting home and eating we noticed a pice of hair
Didn’t think much thought it was mine

My boyfriend and I ordered and while the service was already slow on top of the lady who was on the intercom having an attitude we received the wrong order with the right receipt and were still overcharged (and yes my boyfriend still ate him a couple bites )

Overall, not a bad spot. The only problem was that we ordered over the phone, and the lady on the other end could not for the life of her understand what we were saying. Because of that, she made us Extra Most Bestest pizzas, when we didn’t really have the budget to purchase those. But it was good though! I ate like, 6 pieces lol. There was definitely an internal reckoning afterward though

I ordered a hot n ready and breadsticks. The pizza was so Burnt from sitting in the warmers and the breadsticks were so hard you couldn’t even break them.
I called and asked for a manger that was on duty at 8:30pm on 6/15, acted like she didn’t even care. All I got was a and well sorry ok. Poor customer at el paseo location.
