So far I’ve been standing here for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Several employees walk past, look, and say nothing. It really doesn’t take that much more energy to say “Hi I’ll be right with you.” It’s 2:45 PM on a Tuesday. It’s not like the place was slammed! As I left, I still wasn’t acknowledged. They just threw my order up on the counter with not a word said.

This Wendy’s location is TRASH. Worn down. Disgusting. Looks abandoned. No cars ever in line and slow with the few cars that are in line. The food is very poor quality when you receive it. What is going on here. Seriously.

Trying to kill some time so stopped in here for a snack. The building is shared with Tim Hortons. Nice clean restaurant. Probably under staffed but the folks on duty were hustling and making it happen. The item I ordered turned out to be out of stock so at no additional cost I was allowed to upgrade to another tasty item. I hung out for 30 min (writing my timely Map Quest reviews…LOL) and observed consistent efficient, friendly service as customers can’t and went.

Don’t even bother wasting your time. I’m used to seeing the drive-thru with a line of cars, and when you get to the speaker after, not even joking, 20 minutes, they don’t acknowledge your existence for another 5 minutes. I left the drive-thru today after 20 minutes of waiting in line, because it’s the exact same deal for every car. You can drive over to Woodward and hit up any other drive-thru restaurant instead, and back, in LESS time in takes you to get your order here. Staff is almost always legitimately bothered to help you. And why are you making people wait at the pay window? It’s weird and awkward. I come from retail and food service, and this is embarrassing to see. Never going back.

10/3/2025: This must be the worse Wendy’s in the metro area. First time anywhere my order was missing an item, then it was made wrong during the SAME VISIT. At lease they were nice and said sorry and thank you this time. There’s always some issue here – you either spend most of your lunch hour waiting in the drive thru, or something is wrong or missing or “sorry, we don’t have that”.
