We would definitely never return to this place nor would we recommend it. Let’s talk about the service. When the waitress did finally come we asked between two dishes which one she recommended. She said you either want beans or you don’t. Wow. Two completely different plates. Thanks. Once we got our dinner, which I will say wasn’t long ago so a plus on that. Never once did she come back to check on us. No one did. Empty cups, everything. We spent an hour there. The busser came by and asked if we needed anything, yes can we have some refills? She said how many. Well, four empty water cups. And a refill for the kids Pepsi and Dr Pepper. So probably that right? All she did was bring me a to-go box. More and more time goes by. At this point, I gave up. Walked out with my daughter and told my husband and son you handle it. About 5 minutes later my son walked out. About 15 minutes later my husband comes. After all this time they finally came to bring a bill. This place is the same as every other Mexican restaurant. You’re definitely not missing out on anything. The food was bland, my daughter’s nachos were nothing but melted cheese with hardly any meat. My husband’s tacos were so bland. Rice and beans with no flavor. Just everything was bad. In my honest opinion. I’d go to Taco Bell before I came back to this restaurant.

we chose to celebrate our 3 year anniversary tonight at los molcajetes! shared the super nachos (add carne asada), the chimichangas (beef and chicken, we both ended up preferring the chicken but both were great), and a fried ice cream for dessert. i had a mudslide to drink and my boyfriend had the blue margarita (we both preferred it blended rather than on the rocks. i don’t like the taste of alcohol and the mudslide was perfect for that. everything tasted fantastic and we enjoyed the fun atmosphere with the brightly colored umbrellas and multicolored string lights. the booths felt private, as they were high backs and felt sturdy. price was excellent, we were guessing how much we thought the check was going to be and we both overestimated how much it would cost. needless to say, we will be back next

We dined here for my birthday this particular time. It’s my favorite Mexican restaurant. Our waiter was inattentive once our order was placed even though they weren’t very busy. Maybe they were short staffed. The food was yummy, but the SB margarita was weak ( had to ask for an additional shot ). This visit scores an ” average” rating, but I’m not giving up on this place yet ! Hopefully, they’ll do better next time.

What a great little “hole in the wall” restaurant!! The food and drink was fresh, hot and delicious. The margaritas are perfect!!! We even ordered dessert first

Keep in mind, it’s “storefront”. Therefore, parking is a bit of a challenge.

We enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was great, the food was fine, but I felt it could had more spice not necessarily spicy just more spice seemed a little bland. But I know Oregon en’s prefer less spice. I am native Oregon resident. Always looking for good Mexican food. We did enjoy it though.

I got a taco salad with ground beef…They gave us canned corned beef like the kind you get in corned beef and hash this place cost 30 dollers for 2 people they add on and charge for everything. Will never go here again how is this place still in business?

Always so good. Giant drinks, great food choices. Try the fajitas, and the steak burrito is brilliant.
Stopped in Christmas Eve and enjoyed the steak tacos, chimichanga and enchiladas suisas. A must eat when in McMinnville.
