This is my 2nd time trying this Wendy’s and the food was Nasty. Buyer Beware! The bread is always old and hard, where I have to pull the bread off in order to eat it . I have always gone in the day time when everything should be fresh. I also received old, hard, over cooked fries. This will make me continue to not order fast food. #SuchADisappointment!

Just left there, take the young man in drive thru a while to greet, I work im the business I know it not supposed to take over 5 mins to greet the next car, no sweet sour sauce like I ask for, and the make of this burger, u can tell they jus throw it together

Drive -Thru was busy. The young lady took the order I had to repeat it a couple of times. We got to the window she gave the total without looking at me just held out her hand. I said hello how is your day going, no response. Paid and got the order. No sauce, no ketchup, 3 napkins, everything was lukewarm. After getting what we needed we left. I may or may not go back. They are usually good about making sure everything is in the bag. The price was reasonable to feed three people. Overall I think the young lady was having a bad day. We ordered the bacon double stack biggy bag with honey mustard and a lemonade no ice, they put ice in it anyway and had to remove it, I also ordered a large chili, and a chicken nugget kids meal. From looking in from my car I saw no one who looked like they wanted to be there.

I’ve stop here often at the request of my granddaughter who requests a kids meal with jr. frosty. Today will be the last time I come to this Wendy’s. The window cashier was so so rude because there was an error in the order which I asked to be fixed. She huffed and puffed and acted as if I had asked for the moon. It wasn’t that serious for her to react so inappropriately. I ordered a vanilla frosty but she gave me a chocolate one. I asked for the correct frosty which caused her to become so rude. This wasn’t the only time I was treated rudely at this Wendy’s. I expect good customer service in a service industry. Please train your employees otherwise others customers may not come to Wendys. I know I won’t be back and will probably go to McDonalds instead.

The general manager took my order at the drive through window and was very rude and her service was disgusting. She didn’t have my complete order and when I told her that it wasn’t my full order she had written down she tried to say that it was my order and got mad because I continuously said that it wasn’t. When I got my order I was missing a medium fry and none of the sauces I asked for were in the bag. I will never order from this wendy’s again, just unnecessarily rude and impatient.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. Their meat is dry and their P.O.S. is as slow as molasses. Often, they are longer than you would expect to engage a customer, and when they do, they struggle to keep up with the order you tell them. Multiple times I did not get what I asked for.

This place sucks and needs to be closed down The service is terrible no horrible I ordered a number two a medium frosty and a large frosty it took 1 hour they had me pulled to the front of the store forgot about me came out and asked me was I waiting on told them my order they then had me pulled to the other side of the store forgot about me I then had to get back in the drive-thru line and reorder my order That’s some BS after they charge me $1704

We made it home from this Wendys a little after 12:00 am on 2/25 and found out we were given 2 spicy chicken sandwiches that were raw on the inside.. I’m so disgusted and I’m positive my husband consumed raw meat! Completely unacceptable!
