We frequent this McDonalds often. Our last 2 orders (in the past 2 days) have been missing items we were charged for. We didn’t notice each time until we were home. It’s getting ridiculous. I called, they said come back and they’ll give you the item. There needs to be changes made and have someone in-charge of quality control.

One of my kids’ favorite places. I especially appreciate the electronic ordering screens where you can pay and then the staff brings the food right to your table. The bathrooms are always clean. It’s not usually too crowded. The food is always out fast and it’s as good as it’s supposed to be.

Burger was completely smashed fries were cold and both snack wraps had chicken that was so dry it almost made us choke. Never going back to this location because it’s completely lost the Golden Standards. Sad

Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They failed to bring out 4 cups with our tray. When we went to the counter to ask for cups, employees ignored us. We finally had to loudly ask for someone’s attention and received an attitude in response. We ordered ice cream later on and the employees yelled for us to come get it at the counter. Poor customer service. On a positive note, the food was fresh and the play place area was clean.

I normally come here often and never have issues, but today was really disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes for my food, and when I finally got home, my boyfriend couldn’t even eat his sandwich because the bread was stale. I don’t mind paying for food, but I expect it to be fresh especially after such a long wait.
What made it worse was that the teens working were just goofing off and taking their time instead of focusing on orders. There used to be an older lady and an older gentleman who worked here who always made sure customers were taken care of and the food was good. Today was the complete opposite.
I’m extremely unhappy with this visit and hope management takes this seriously so the quality can go back to what it used to be.

My grandson when I picked him up from school was very upset something had happened but he won’t tell me what so I figured the only way to get him to calm down was if I surprised them by going for ice cream to McDonald’s and it worked fabulously.
I for some reason cannot work the web app for McDonald’s so the manager there she did everything for me and since I had a lot of rewards but haven’t been able to use it I got my hamburger free and one of the children’s ice cream free so that was a really good visit I really enjoyed McDonald’s today

It used to be that McDonald’s was really clean. They would hire disabled persons to keep the dining area clean, that was an important job. The food is what it is, it’s McDonald’s, you don’t need me to explain it. But the dining area was always really clean. I can only assume that owners didn’t think keeping the dining area clean was important, because it’s gross now. I’m surprised they can keep a food license. The floors are sticky, the tables are sticky, and there is trash on the ground. The overworked employees don’t have time to make fries and clean. They need to hire somebody to just keep the front area clean again. MMCA (Make McDonald’s Clean Again)

This is the first McDonald’s I have been to in many years that actually had a crew that actually cared about the customer. This was an upbeat and modern eatery. I wished I lived closer to this McDonald’s for sure. The food was spot on, I enjoy the sausage Mcgriddle, hash brown, and the Carmel Frappe. With my rewards. I got the hash browns free. And $1.50 off the Frappe breakfast under $15 was a treat.

25 cars went through the drive through, only one curbside has been delivered. The drive through line shouldn’t be prioritized over phone orders.
