The restaurant was clean and well stocked. My potato cakes only one was hot and fresh the other two were barely warm. I ordered a corn beef on rye and it was decent. Overall not bad seeing as how what I really wanted was out of stock. The restroom was clean.

Last night, I had ordered to pick up my mobile order inside as the option was available before 9pm and I had arrived before 9pm. The lobby was closed before 9pm even though on the app it said the lobby closes at 10pm.

There were no signs on the establishment from entering the parking lot that it said the lobby hours either.

Two people were allowed in when I had parked, when got to the doors, they were locked. As the two people after a few minutes they had received food and were let out. As they were let out I had finally I got the chance to speak to a person that works there. I let them know I was that picking up an order that was placed through the app, they said, “ the lobby is closed.” Hinting that I would have to go through the drive thru, which was long, and not the option I had adjusted my order to.
I was able to adjust it for the lobby on the app, which would mean that the option was technically still available.

After I was basically told to go through the drive thru I wanted to cancel my order, as I didn’t feel comfortable getting food from the store. I couldn’t cancel through the app, so I had to still go through the drive thru, requesting to cancel/get a refund.

They told me to do it online not through the app. My card was still charged, and was requesting a refund as I didn’t pick up an order/ get any food.

If the store is going to close lobby hours before 10pm( which is listed through the app), please reflect it on the app and put a notice on the building as it makes ordering on the app basically pointless for in store pick up around 9pm-10pm.

I wanted to make note again the lobby was closed before 9pm I arrived around 8:55-8:58pm.

From the experience I don’t feel comfortable ordering from this location again.

I will not be returning to thus location. My mom and I went in placed our order we were made fun of because of how much food we ordered. But we didnt order that much. We ordered 4 Dave’s doubles along with 3 fries and a 10 peice nugget. As we walked out with our order the 1 of the guys behind the counter said they’ll be back because the orders not right. The order was not right because they forgot our 10 peice nugget. The people that work there are rude and they shouldn’t be making fun of the customers.

I have been an on and off patron of this fast food restaurant since I was a little kid. The food is great, the restaurant is clean, the only thing missing is attitude. The last ingredient is a tough 1 nowadays but a little but would go a long way here.

**Raw Chicken: Been to this location (Dequindre Rd Madison Heights, MI) about 10 times during the day shift and had no issue. Day staff is pretty friendly. It’s the one time I went at night that was a miserable experience. Manager Latasha has a bad attitude and rude. She was having customers pull ahead into the parking spaces to avoid the drive-thru timer and then bring your order out 20 minutes later. Got my food finally and had to eat in my car while driving back to work because my lunch break was already used up waiting. Chicken sandwich was soggy pink and raw in the middle. Almost threw up. My Dave’s double was cold dried out with a rock hard bun, like it had been sitting in a bin for several hours. Then the next night I went there to try and get refund and she would only give partial refund because I ate the fries even though I gave her the bag with three sandwiches back because I obviously didn’t eat it. Couldn’t bear to give me the extra $2 for my inconvenience. Eventually somebody will get sick and this place will be sued. Night shift is just lazy and doesn’t give a crap about their job or customers. Whatever you do avoid this location unless you enjoy food poisoning, then have it.

Unprofessional Experience!!

Visited this Wendy’s around 9:00 p.m. on October 10, 2025, hoping to grab a quick dinner for my son. When I asked the lady working the drive-thru if I could get a six-piece kid’s meal, she cut me off and replied, “We don’t have six-piece kid’s meals. Have a nice day,” before abruptly ending the conversation.

Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I was so frustrated by the way I was treated that I simply drove off to avoid saying something back. Later, I placed an order through DoorDash for pickup from the same Wendy’s. When I returned to the drive-thru and gave my name, the same lady told me to pull forward. I waited 10–15 minutes, and nobody ever brought out my food.

I ended up leaving without receiving anything — no food, no refund, and no apology. The worst part wasn’t even the lost meal; it was the blatant lack of professionalism and courtesy from the employee. As a parent just trying to feed my hungry child, the experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

This location needs serious attention to customer service training.

Got there at 10:45 today in hopes of getting a fresh Dave’s double and hot fries. Both nasty and lunch just started. Fries cold and burger cold. Cheese not even melted but like old cheese that had hard n dry corners. If it wasn’t $2 I would have went back.

Total garbage. I’d rather have food poisoning. Threw it out. If “quality is our recipe” then u need a new recipe book.

I came here on October 20th at around 5:20pm.
After sitting at the order menu for almost 2 minutes, I said “hello?” to which the lady responded “give me a minute, damn!”
I ordered 3 items and after each one she kept saying “is that all, is that all?!”
When pulled up to the window she was mumbling under her breath, took my payment and when I received my food she simply slammed the window after I thanked her.
I wasn’t offered my receipt either.
This rude woman either needs to get retrained or find another job, because her demeanor and bad attitude is absolutely unacceptable.
This is actually my second encounter with her attitude. The first time I let it slide by guessing she was having a bad day, but after today her behavior certainly needs to be addressed.

The girl at the window doesn’t know how to talk to people. I told her what sandwich I wanted and she rudely barked asking what kind of sandwich I wanted. Her attitude was so bad I drove away without finishing my order.
