Went out with my son for my birthday. We both ordered the smothered steak, with different cook temps. I ordered medium rare and he ordered well done. They both came out accurate and our waitress, Militia, was perfect in every way. Refilled the water glasses and checked back when appropriate. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Seated within 5 minutes for Sunday lunch. Our server, Tatelynn, was wonderful. The young man that brought our steaks to the table handed the plates to us instead of setting them on the table in front of us. My well done steak was raw inside so we sent it back and came out as seen in the pic. Burned on the outside still not cooked inside. We decided to bring the steak home and cook it. The rest of the meal was good. The manager seemed to be attentive to the problem and compensated us accordingly. Our only concerns were that a steakhouse should have a cook that knows how to cook a steak. And also if someone that is not a server is going to be the ‘delivery’ person of the food they should be trained in how to deliver it.

My experience at Texas Roadhouse was a total disaster. First, I got served a burnt steak, so I asked them to redo it. When it came back, it was undercooked even though I asked for medium-well. Meanwhile, my boyfriend asked for a medium steak, and his came out raw(and he is now sick from it). The fried pickles weren’t fully cooked either, though the bread was good. Between my burnt then undercooked steak, his raw steak, and the half-cooked fried pickles, it was just a complete fail. The kitchen clearly didn’t know what they were doing, and the service was terrible too. Waiting 2 hours for food like that was such a waste of time and money. Definitely not going back there.

The entire place has gone to heck. This is the 2nd time with the same experience. 2 – 8oz filet ordered med rare. They come out 1 raw and the other med well to well.
Tons of open tables and people waiting for tables because not enough servers.
Our server was good but the cooks have no clue how to cook a steak……. Also they have issues as they can’t keep servers.
Skip this. Go to other steak houses that maintain decent standards and have not gone down hill.

We once loved this place, but the service and food here has gone downhill. We had a waiter 2 weeks ago who was extremely rude and then this week we had a party of 4 and all the food was wrong. They don’t seem to want to make it right with their customers so we will seek another steakhouse to frequent. This is their idea of medium well steak and has been for 3 consecutive weeks.

Gracie was great! It was a busy Friday night but it didn’t bother me though I was extra hungry because I’m pregnant but anyway i use to be a server and I have patience of steel, so her being busy was fine, but because my nausea was on 1000 tonight, I didn’t even touch my food really I just couldn’t, so I went to the bathroom and came back out & this is where the problem comes in, came out of the bathroom & the whole table was cleared off, they gave us a $15 voucher for next time& said once it’s in a to go bag it’s no longer their responsibility but it wasn’t it was still in plates on the table but either way it goes don’t leave your food on the table while you’re not there, even if it’s just for 5 minutes!!!

My husband and I both went there and we had the 8 ounce fillet cooked to perfection, potatoes and salad. Everything was amazing but was most amazing was our waitress Hayla. She was right on top of everything and a sweetest little girl! first time eating there

Got there at 5pm and was seated within 5 minutes. Our server Kirsten was super sweet and attentive. She even had a huge birthday party come in after us and still made sure we were taken care of. 10/10. (She needs a raise, that was a LOT of people and she kept her smile going !)

I have been to this restaurant brand in many places. The level of customer service and consistency of the food from one restaurant to the next has been great to experience. The waitress we had was phenomenal. She showed us the level of southern hospitality that I would expect at any establishment in the south. I wish I had remembered her name to give her a shout out.

I truly wanted to enjoy my experience here, but unfortunately, the meal was disappointing. The food arrived in stages rather than all at once the chili was served cold, the steaks were cooked to the wrong temperatures, and the baked sweet potato tasted both scorched and bland. the manager replaced the chili with fries, the fries took a long time to arrive and were heavily over-seasoned I mean even the gods had to say stop. Our server, Bailey, did his absolute best despite missing drinks and the various kitchen drawbacks and clean eating wear
