Kudos to the Richmond, Wendy’s. I had ordered a double cheeseburger and it was absolutely juicy and delicious. Just like the old days. I haven’t had a burger like that in years from Wendy’s. I had to call that location and I spoke with the manager to let her know that my visit was excellent today and whenever I want a Wendy’s burger, I will go to the Richmond location because she told me they make it fresh to order and you definitely can tell the difference. I believe the names of the managers tonight were Brittany and Nicole! Excellent job guys! Keep making them fresh to order. Excellent I’d rather wait a few minutes extra and have it nice and juicy.

Everytime I get food from here my spicy chicken nuggets are really tough and taste old. I hope the manager sees this and starts replenishing the nuggets better. I love Wendy’s and go to other locations and the nuggets are never hard. Tbh they kinda taste like dear ankles hope the manger sees this and does better

To start Wendy’s is one of my all time favorites! Unfortunately this past visit left me almost not even wanting to go back again. I was about to be taking my kiddos home when my oldest ask ever so politely if we could stop at Wendy’s for dinner. Without Missing a beat I told her absolutely. When I got to Wendy’s and went to go order their new AI System sent me through the wringer. I swear I didn’t even get a singular opportunity to say what I wanted or anything over and over it just kept responding back to take your time and start your order whenever you’re ready. And I mean every single time I went to go talk. It’s like almost immediately. It started talking over me.Blew my mind Ultimately, I took off out of the drive-through and went inside. At that point and $ 25 later, The wait Wasn’t terrible. After I got my food though, I neglected to check right away and as I left and drove down the road, I realized I was missing one of my 10 pieces. When I went back, I’ll admit it was easy Peezy, They gave me my 10 piece no problem. Once we got home and finally got the opportunity to dig in it just wasn’t great. Really the only thing that was fresh was one out of three of the french fries and the second chicken nugget that I went in after the fact to go back and get. Now I am only reviewing this to bring it to their attention because I will say again Wendy’s is one of my favorites and it is very much convenient having it right down the road!

I had high hopes considering they just opened. It wasn’t busy. I ordered something simple. A #1 bfast combo with a lemonade. What I got was a cold, soggy sandwich with sausage and cheese. It was not even close to what I ordered. That was a waste of almost $9.00
