Two orders were placed 10/15 shortly after 11:15 p.m. The first order wasn’t taken correctly because the cashier was rushing instead of listening. When we asked for the manager and tried to tell him what the issue was he didn’t even listen. First he said it was because he is new and when I offered the advice that he should slow down and listen he said they were on a strict timer and can’t!! What??? I worked fast food for ten years and was an assistant manager for two. Nothing about how this was handled was acceptable. The excuses we were given while the manager proceeded to tell us the amount of seconds our order was at was frustrating. The second order was cancelled. I cancelled an order for two frosty blends and two medium fries(which was for my daughter because she just had her wisdom teeth pulled!!). The order was cancelled because the customer service was terrible and there was no effort to even fix it!! Shame on you for pushing sos onto your employees to the point that they can’t even provide acceptable customer service or an apology. We could have made this right but at that point I was so disgusted with the managers response and lack of effort. You guys need to reevaluate your procedures and retrain!!! I feel bad for the kids working there because their training is a management issue that needs to be fixed!!!

this wendy’s sucks. everytime you come here you get cold food or not what you ordered. asked for a dr pepper no ice and they made a big deal at the window saying you can buy another one. lmao why you should get what you pay for. it’s easier to not put ice in a drink than it is to.

We ordered our drinks and I waited almost 25 mins for my soup that came with my meal. Then we waited a total of45 mns to receive our food after ordering. Our waitress took forever on refills and would ask what we needed and then go get what a different table needed and forget all about us. I always use to love visiting this location when visiting from out of state but this time it was a let down.

The food and staff here are excellent. I can say all female employees I dealt with were very kind, courteous and accommodating. The food was delicious and well made. I dock points from atmosphere because I am not that big a fan of the same five 90s country songs played over and over and over. A great place to patronize and I nearly always felt welcome. Would eat here again if they would have me.

When they are supposed to be open until midnight and you pull up 20 minutes before they close and tell you they close in 10 minutes, which is wrong they close in 20 min . Then I pay the $25 and he ask me to pull forward when there is no one else there. He turns around and starts shaking his to the other employee like he is pissed off. Can I even trust these guys ? Did they spit in my food ? You definitely need some new afternoon shift employees. I won’t be returning to this place . Sad how young people are nowadays. His parents should have raised him better. Change your if you don’t want to make food until midnight. Jack……

Normally don’t have an issue here but today I asked for 3 bacon cheeseburgers. She repeated what came on it and I told her no the ones with bacon. I don’t know what she hit on her screen but after I told her 3 times total that I wanted bacon cheeseburgers I still got normal cheeseburgers. Then asked for saucy nuggs combo and when she handed me my order I asked for my cup. She told me, the combo comes with fries only. Who honestly trained her. She was super nice but had no idea what she was doing.

Worst fast food service in Port Huron. Was there just after 11pm. Multiple people talking over each other at the window. Was told I’m on a timer, so hurry up basically. Asked for fresh fries they said they would drop some. Had to wave my credit card and say “Hello” to get his attention. Was told to pull ahead with no one behind me. Then I waited a very long time. He came out without my drink and had to go back for it. Fries were barely even warm.

The food is what you’d expect for fast food, I can’t fault that. The issue I had with this Wendy’s is that the food wasn’t made right (which wouldn’t have been an issue if they remade it correctly), but when I offered the sandwich back to redo, they wouldn’t take it and insisted they were gonna make a new one. After that, I gave the sandwich to someone else as they wouldn’t take it. But then they came back later and asked for the sandwich, which was already eaten because they previously said they didn’t want or need it. Then, the manager refused to let anyone make another 2 dollar hamburger, which was absolutely ridiculous and contradictory. Terrible business sense on the manager’s part and will not be coming back after that.

I was over hearing the staff talk and some manager guy was yelling and belittling their staff to the point where they are crying… I will never ever eat at a place thats okay with treating ppl like that. Beyond disgusting.
UPDATE: Others have told me the exact same thing and they ain’t going to ANY wendys after their encounter with this place.
Truly never seen ANYONE BEHAVE the way the manger did .
If I get an update that he is NEVER to work there again, then MAYBE ill enter an other wendys again.
I wouldn’t even talk to my worst enemy the way he talked to them.
