Server was great accommodated us and was very freindly and took great care of us. Unfortunately everyone else failed to provide the quality of service you expect from bob evans. The host tried to sit us at a table that was unfit to sit a baby and two taller adults the menus were sticky with something. The food for our daughter wasn’t cooked right the toast over cooked and the egg that she wanted to have running yolk was busted and all over the plate.

Food was good. The service is severely lacking. We sat down and me and my husband heard them arguing who was going to take our table. We weren’t acknowledged or even spoke to. The first server said she was going to be our waitress and then said hold on and never came back. Then another server came to our table and said they were arguing who was taking the table.

I don’t usually make Google reviews, but I feel the need to say something about this Bob Evans. I visited this Bob Evans location on November 22nd we sat down and got our beverages like normal. 20 minutes after we sat down, our waitress came over to tell us that there was an issue with our order, but didn’t really go into what it was about. She just said it was delayed and it was on its way. We waited a whole hour for our food and my boyfriend was missing four items from his entrée. I don’t know if it’s a management issue or the staff is just having a rough day but it was just very slow service. Then when my boyfriend asked the waitress for his side of roles, and she never ended up bringing it. Big Sadge. 🙁

Hands down this establishment is true to the farm fresh promise. The difference is so great, I truly feel full on the $9 dish I received. It was a 1.49 upgrade on the special potatoes and it’s def worth it. Orange juice with a little pulp in cute mason jars. We like it a lot, seems more fresh than even Cracker Barrel or the other breakfast diners around.

They were so busy! Had to wait for seats. Service from the waitress was amazing. My only regret is not remembering her name. I remember her Service, just not her name. Time spent waiting was well worth the lady serving us. God loves good people!

I know people now a days expect a lot, but when you go to an eatery, as long as the above are there and the service staff are all working as a team, including the cooks, I’m happy.
Definitely visit this location in Zanesville. They’re great! And that’s what a welcoming atmosphere is all about!

We were promptly seated and ordered drinks, service started well, then after we ordered our food it was over an hour wait . The manager came out and yelled at 2 tables of customers for having a high chairs… food came out incorrectly made, burnt to a crisp hashbrowns, half the table didn’t receive their food and when it was delivered the waitress was crying. Manager Ashley was extremely rude to her staff and the customers. I understand being short staffed, but she is why that is an issue. We did not eat half the food and I got very sick from undercooked sausage.We will not be returning. Waitress tried to fix issues but they were not her fault.
