Another BAD experience…. 06/24/25 @ about 7pm. Let’s start with the fact that I eat at Wendy’s often….but only at this one on rare occasion because the service is poor and the food is often wrong.
Unfortunately, this location is a mile from my house so the obvious location unless I’m eating on the run. After today, I’m done. Pretty sad imo. For reference, I got an Alf puppet from this location as a kid in 1990, so I’ve been a loyal customer for 35+ years. Today, the manager shorted my change. When I pointed it out, he threw the correct change in my hand without a word. I say please and thank you when I order, but your manager cant say thank you or sorry after a mistake? Interesting. Then I get home to find no sour cream for the sc and chive potato, a chili filled 1.5 inches short of the bowl, and a dry and old double stack.
Wish I got a receipt, but one wasn’t given. Guess I need to go the website to complain since ive never received a response here or through Google.

Okay…I did a review 11 moths ago. Never heard back from Wendy’s. One of the attached pics is that review.
I’ve been back a dozen times since then, and I’m pretty sure I’ve never had a 5 star experience. Today, I ordered a biggie bag and a spicy chicken. Everything was warm but not hot. The best part though was the spicy chicken. Receipt is right, light Mayo add cheese. As you can see, unmelted cheese (warm not hot), no lettuce, regular mayo. COME ON Team Wendy’s. $14 can get you carryout from restaurants like Applebee’s, Olive Garden, Texas Road House, etc. You guys really have to do better. Hot food, made correctly is really basic!

Quite possibly the worst lunch I have ever had. The last few times I visited this location. I swore it off. Decided to give it another chance today because there was an accident and a lot of traffic blocking other restaurants availability on 23 mile Road. Proved to be a huge mistake if it wasn’t for the Coca-Cola I would’ve choked on the dry cold burger After I finished, I would’ve paid to throw it up and go somewhere else to eat! Baked potato was very small and overcooked, it was really dry, I had asked for a different potato but they said they did not have any more made at 3:00 in the afternoon. while the employees were nice the Manager who had to handle the refund was not speaking and seemed to be irritated by having to give me a refund. My husband and I also had chicken wraps and while I did not take a picture they were very carelessly wrapped and hardly anything in it but lettuce, very little pride was taken in making our order. It seems this location is always struggling. From now on I will just drive further to a different location further from my home. I will add that the lobby seem fairly clean and not very busy with dine in.

Every time I have come in the staff has always been so wonderful. Kind and sweet and always make sure my food is done properly. I have severe allergies to certain things and they have no problem in making sure. My food is safe for me to eat.

Having to shut my car off when there’s a drive-thru to do your delivery is ridiculous.. not only does it make other customers that are in my car wait longer for their food but it also makes their food cold.. and causes excessive damage to my car that is unnecessary.

Literally got lied quickly, asked them could they please do my nuggets cooked to order then proceed to make me pull up and wait 2mins to give me a bag of 24 luke warm, damn near cold (24) nuggets then give me a issue about wanting a refund or fresh nuggets dropped, this Wendy’s is a joke

Not only do some of the workers have attitude & can’t be bothered to clean a thing, now I feel ripped off when I get a frosty. Take a look at what they advertise compared to what they actually gave & this was still at the counter inside this joke of a “restaurant”.

Always a solid choice! The food was fresh, hot, and came out super fast. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was crispy with just the right kick. Fries were hot and perfectly salted, and the Frosty was the perfect finish. The staff was friendly and got everything right. Clean location and great service—I’ll definitely be back!

I orderd a spicy chicken sandwich at this location and this was the THIRD time I received it RAW! I will never go back here and hope to figure out who the owner is of this location. If you are in the area I suggest driving down to 23 mile rd Wendy’s in New Baltimore. Their food is always fresh and cooked all the way through!! The worst part is the manager didn’t even know how to put my money back on my credit card! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
