I went through the drive thru which was slow. The workers didn’t seem to be paying much attention to the windows. All I ordered was a baconator sandwich and a frosty. I received the frosty but got a plain chicken sandwich. Just chicken and bread. Unacceptable

Foods great better than McDonald’s for sure. Friendly staff at this location but whoever own this store is a greedy person. You can order fries and nuggets and not receive a single sauce and within 5 second of grabbing your bag ask for a single bbq or ranch and they tell you they have to ring you up for it. WHAT A JOKE!

When I got to the counter, Khalil was fast to get to the register and was very welcoming. He was even kind enough to get fresh patties made for my burger (I wouldn’t go for this during lunch rush though)! Food was absolutely perfect as well!

Ordered online, restaurant stated they didn’t receive the order although I had an order number, a confirmation number and a paid receipt, they refused to make the order. Told my daughter she was rude and had a bad attitude. I sent an email to the manager that night and I have yet to receive a callback or answering email.

3 times in the last 2 weeks I stopped by at 635 to get breakfast but they “werent ready yet” very frustrating. I can understand once but every time I come here is ridiculous. Update your hours if you’re not gonna open at 630.

Went there at 11:50 and I know that’s late but we just simply wanted two frostys. I pull up to the window and the guy tells me they’re closed, i say “i thought you guys closed at 12” he then says go ahead with your order. so i go ahead and ask if their machine was on and go figure its not on. I thought hours they were open meant anyone could come at any time and order anything. guess not.

Brought my special needs client here for a bite to eat. The service was prompt and our meals came out quick, super quick might I add! He ALWAYS eats his chicken sandwiches no matter where they’re from but he took one bite then put his head down . He wouldn’t eat anymore. I took a look at my sandwich and immediately seen why he refused to consume the rest of his. The “chicken” wasn’t fully cooked. One part on mine was cooked and you can tell but the rest wasn’t. It was raw and slimy ish. Let’s hope we don’t get food poisoning from this undercooked meat. Will probably just stick to the cookie batter frosty when visiting a Wendy’s.

Horrible store to go to. Workers don’t care about doing their job. Stood in line for almost 20 minutes to put my order in. Mind you there was only one person in front of me. Worker took so long to take my order my promo code expired and I couldn’t use it. Someone came in behind me and was helped before I was. I will not be visiting this store again. Your workers are single handedly going to be your downfall.
