Usually come in the afternoon and the food is fine but the woman cashier is always rude. My review is for the dinner my boyfriend got tonight. I got the apple pecan salad and the grilled chicken was so dry it was practically translucent. It takes days for chicken to get that dry and is completely unacceptable to serve to people. My son’s and my boyfriend’s Burgers had so much ketchup and sauce they were sloppy. Here’s a picture that doesn’t do it justice on how dry and hard the chicken was. There were a couple more pieces but they were in the trash already.

We were 2nd in line to place our order and we waited 15 minutes to get our food. The fries were cold and tasted like old grease; the chicken nuggets were barely warm; and the double stack sandwiches which we were told were extremely hot were lukewarm. It was a total waste of our time and $10.

Be prepared to wait 20-30 min after ordering for your food. We even ordered through the ap and still have to sit in the drive thru for 20 min! Food was good and we usually love Wendy’s but next time I will go a little further to McDonald’s.

Everything in this location is sticky. I stepped out of my sandals more than once because the floors are so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor. All of the surfaces were sticky too. Their ice machines are down and the lobby soda machine is down. Everything took a very long time to prepare, there were at least 8 people standing around waiting for their orders for 10+ minutes. Seemed really odd for 2:30 in the afternoon

At 1:00-2:00 o’clock on a Sunday afternoon, the doors were locked to the Inside, We couldn’t even enter!! Sad since I needed to wash my hands before We ate! There were cars getting Service in the Drive-thru: though! ; They lost Our Business, We just went on over to the Micky D’s instead!

Staff was nice enough, but waited over an HOUR in the drive thru (including pulling forward to wait) only for 2 of our items to be missing, no napkins, and we had to go in to get the food because we were done waiting. The item they said we were waiting for was in the bag… 2 other items weren’t.

We actually couldn’t order food here. 5 people working but the Door Dash needed a substitution and they couldn’t figure it out. Waited over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. We left when it was obvious no one cared.

Wendys held my dasher there for over 30 minutes while they pushed out orders around her. They forced her off the clock, then they handed her the wrong meal. When I called to complain the manager hung up on me. So I guess with this store you order a meal and they just give you whatever and you’re supposed to accept it.

5 stars for the southwestern salads we ordered. They made it fresh and it was very tasty. There was lively chatter between employees, but it was friendly and they got our order right. The tables could be wiped down more often.
