Terrible experience. I ordered the new chicken strips . They said it’ll take 6 min to cook. I said that’s fine. There’s absolutely no way these strips were fresh. So stale and hard to chew, fries cold and old too. I threw it all away . $12 wasted. I won’t be back. Discusting!!

I’m not going to this Wendy’s again for a long long time. Once a month I have an event on the west side and afterwards we go to this Wendy’s. The last 3 times it was horrible. I always order on the app (for the deals and points). We ordered a plain Dave’s Double combo with a vanilla Frosty, a Son of Baconator, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and 2 orders of fries. We pull up to the drive thru to pick up the order (that and the dining room is closed because their air conditioner is broken) and the lady said “it’s gonna be a while, to let you know we’re out of bacon for the night.” That sucks because I got a Son of Baconator. Then she disappears. Many minutes later she comes back on the speaker and I tell her that I have a mobile order, tell her my name, and she gets a worse attitude and tells me to pull around. We get to the window and she she says they’re out of vanilla Frosty and only have chocolate. My son hates chocolate. I ask for a refund for the Frosty and that may her more mad. She ended up giving me $3 and change back. Then disappears. No mention of my pre ordered sandwich with bacon. Comes back with 2 bags, says “have a nice day” then disappears again. We pull off and get home to see that they only gave us 2 orders of fries. There was also a fully loaded Dave’s Double (the opposite of our order and my son won’t eat it), a double cheeseburger drenched in ketchup and mayo, and a chicken sandwich with an insulting little bit of lettuce. These people just don’t give a damn. Wendy’s used to be a treat and now they’re bottom of the barrel. Stay away from this one if you want what you ordered, and you want to be treated with any amount of respect. Lesson learned. Good riddance.

Had to wait (inside) over 45 minutes for snack wraps. While waiting, the employees are screaming and cussing. A cook named Derek or maybe Darius totally flipped out and starting fighting with the cashier because a customer asked for tartar sauce on the side. Asked for my money to just be refunded instead of continuing to wait for the food, but they wouldn’t. Just kept saying over and over “it’s almost ready.” Once we got the wraps (chicken ranch), realized there was no ranch on them.

First of all, the staff was super friendly. We were here for lunch. The place was decorated in Halloween garb which was cool.
It was at the tail end of the lunch rush. Therefore, the tables were slightly messy and cluttered.
The price for the food is high for a finite amount of food. One can go to a Chinese lunch buffet or a several pizza lunch buffet for the same price. It’s going to be difficult to continue to rationalize this prop. value when all you can eat options have the same price.
The parking lot was very dirty with litter everywhere. This may be a function of the area the restaurant is located in instead of Wendy’s fault. Meaning, it may be too difficult to keep up with the amount of litter and inconsideration of those folks that choose to litter.
Lastly, the young man that came to check on us in the dining area was super nice and cordial. He bussed our table for us when it was in no way expected or required. He even got me a fresh drink from the back because the machine out front was a little flat on carbonation.

The kid at the counter was so high he could barely open his eyes. Every person inside was complaining. I ordered chili and what I got was not chili. It was a pile of beans with torn up burger patties laying on top. What the hell is wrong with this place?

I don’t really ever give a 1 star but there is something really wrong with this place. If your time is important then don’t go here. They are notoriously slow. They say a company is only as good as its manager. I won’t go into detail.

didnt get more than half of the food we ordered. told me they were out of burger meat so i requested a 10 piece nugget instead, but still didnt give me the fries, drinks, or frosties we ordered. also didnt give me crackers for the chili. EVERYTIME we order from this locations, something is screwed up.

Wendys on St. Joe was all right. Its in a little bit of a sketchy area, but the food was still fine.The lady got a couple things in the order wrong,and the sevice was a bit slow. Otherwise it was still good for a common fast food place.

Mobile order for breakfast (burrito and coffee). Show up and they tell me to pull up so they can make my coffee. 20 minutes later I walk inside because I was going to be late for work. Woman at register: “I dont have any orders.” Manager hollers from the back: “We dont have any tortillas or coffee!” I guess they were just going to leave me outside until I left. 6 employees working and I was the only customer for 30 minutes. Inside is aleays clean due to no customers and never cooking anything.
