Figured Id go to this wendys bc my only other option was McDonald’s….I should’ve went to McDonald’s. Went around 11:30 pm and the crew that was on was NOT friendly (ok cool not my biggest concern) BUT ALL of my food items were cold. No there were no lines no rush or complicated orders. Literally disgusting as if they had food sitting and waiting for the next person that falls victim to this place. Just straight disgusting. Do you know how frustrating it is to get nothing but old cold food when all you wanted was to eat. Never coming here again, the quality of the place just keeps diminishing. Food soo nasty had to write a review. Don’t go here

AI at the drive thru kept ordering the wrong thing. The folks at the window had a terrible time understanding me because of a language. Just when I thought my order was rectified, they gave me wrong size side and the wrong drink.

Horrible customer service, staff working for drive true customers ignoring over the counter patrons, young boy at the counter not knowing what to do, thus, service is slow, orders often confused (he needs some training). I left with nothing after spending 15 minutes there. By the way, only 3 customers were in the front of me.

Cheap, fast, and decent. What more do you need from fast food? Well, they use AI instead of actual service for the drive through, which constantly misinterprets you and takes forever to load.

What happened was 12:37pm of the date 08/24/23… the woman was attending me looks be “manager”, very bossy and rude! She yelled at me fot paying with a $100 bill… if she asked me if I would have another form of payment, I could have given her my card, but she preferred to scream and complain… if they do not know how to work serving people, I think she is in the wrong place! This happened over the drive thru.

Terrible customer service! A bunch of workers and still almost an hour for a 4for4. Place completely trashed and not well cleaned. I’m not one to write reviews like this but this place definitely needs some work. There were 4 (food delivery) drivers waiting for their order and the young guy that works as a teller, aside from getting the orders wrong, was being extremely rude
