What happened was 12:37pm of the date 08/24/23… the woman was attending me looks be “manager”, very bossy and rude! She yelled at me fot paying with a $100 bill… if she asked me if I would have another form of payment, I could have given her my card, but she preferred to scream and complain… if they do not know how to work serving people, I think she is in the wrong place! This happened over the drive thru.

Terrible customer service! A bunch of workers and still almost an hour for a 4for4. Place completely trashed and not well cleaned. I’m not one to write reviews like this but this place definitely needs some work. There were 4 (food delivery) drivers waiting for their order and the young guy that works as a teller, aside from getting the orders wrong, was being extremely rude

I placed the order to be delivered by DoorDash and the order was wrong. The package was closed when it was delivered and the order on the note was correct, but inside the package the order was wrong. I am dissatisfied with the delivery.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to try the new frosty crème cold brew coffee and the lady gave me a drink with coffee and caramel syrup none of the “vanilla frosty creamer” they advertise. When we went back in to have them correct the drinks the lady had no clue what I was talking about. She asked ME what the coffee was missing. And I had to explain to her how to make the drink from the article I saw originally on social media. Seriously?! I have to tell YOU how to make a new drink that the company YOU work for is advertising? Sadly, this is the only Wendy’s close by but needless to say I will not be returning based on my experience and the other reviews I’ve read….thank god I only got a coffee

Just left Wendy’s and that was the worst customer service ever, like who hired this girl who thought texting on her phone was more important than taking my order, then didn’t even get my daughter’s food because she was too distracted on her phone. Don’t they have cameras there or the manager just doesn’t care. Unbelievable

Ordered food online 2 times in the last month. Both times the items inside the bag were not the ones I ordered. Today I order two regular meals. They got the fries and drinks right. However the burgers did not come with any burns. They just put the patties, onion, and 2 pieces of lettuce inside a box. The fries did not look good. Last time the items were totally wrong.

It’s fast food, but you expect a little bit of better service. Either understaffed or overworked the place there was rough. Was waiting quiet a bit for food and it seemed that they “”misplaced”” my order.

Great dining experience. Very polite and fast service by Ashly. The shop is very clean and plenty of parking. Food is delicious and the order came out just right. The staff is very nice here.
