If I take the mayonnaise off my sandwich why would I need to pay 50 cents for 1 sauce then I ordered no salt on my fries and they are overcooked and cold. The gremlin working behind counter telling me next time I have to pay because I asked for a refund if I can’t get sauce for my sandwich… there won’t be a next time I don’t have to spend my money here. Yall have all these people behind counter with dirty tables in the dinning room make it make sense

It’s been so long since I’ve had appropriately made Wendy’s, that I forgot how good it could be. The sandwiches were freshly made, the fries were hot and fresh, the staff was incredibly friendly and clearly cared, and the atmosphere was clean and appropriate.

We will definitely stop by again whenever we’re traveling along 64!

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s. Been there 3 times and every time, they are out of something or something’s.

My most recent visit, 11/22/25 ordered three meals through the mobile app. When I walked in to get the order, I discovered both drink stations ice was out of order. Restaurant was out of medium and large lids and napkins.
How do you not have these essential items.

I get back to my truck, to discover they didn’t put any fries in the bags (I ordered three combos meals) the sandwiches were cold, cheese was cold.

Absolutely disgusting. If this restaurant is ran by Loves Travel Stops, shame on Loves.

Food was what we expected from a fast food place. I tried the new Nacho burger and it wasn’t too bad. Not too spicy either so if you’re curious but don’t want the spice, it’s not incredibly spicy. Food was decently priced, order came out within an acceptable amount of time, order was correct and food was good. My husband got the baconator.

Really poor service. The only option to order was a digital screen. After placing my order, I was informed (with no apology) that they couldn’t make salads. I was given a refund, which I was told (again, without any apology) would take 72 hours.

During this process, I witnessed another customer being told they couldn’t make his chocolate frostee and was vanilla okay. He clearly preferred a flavoring and asked a couple of follow- on questions, to which the assistant manager finally said, “Well what DOES he want? I’m not a mind reader.”

If customers are going to be expected to place their orders digitally and no indication is made up front that items are not available, then I would at least expect management to compensate with courtesy for inconveniences which arise.

Place was a huge sticky mess. Floors, counters…. But one of the workers came out and started getting it all cleaned up. She also spoke to us! The two in back, one guy with a goofy grin, and stone face drive through worker, never spoke! Fries had waaay too much salt, and the swirled frosties are not great, but over all, the burger and nuggets were good. I just expect slightly more from Wendy’s.

I took my order as I don’t agree with can’t get a receipt without asking for it and what do u know they got it wrong and I didn’t check it get 10 minutes away and realized they got the order wrong but I don’t have time to turn around so my husband was disappointed and assumed it was my fault so I called and made sure and nope there fault so now I get a free sandwich but seriously they should give me more to keep the peace because he was really disappointed, it was his idea to stop here. Not a good experience at all no customer service at all jut assembly line fast food is going down hill. One of these places needs to step up there game and provide a door greeter (that serves as a cashier when needed) and when not needed a extra set of hands. I do wish I would have known they had these Hoosier bowls, I would have ordered one for us to try, didn’t see it till after I had already ordered.

Food order was wrong, they were out of stuff, one of the drinks had too much tangerine flavor compared to lemonade to the extent it is gross, & had hair in our food. Food smelled bad & burger had an off taste. The sprite tastes off, like the soda machines aren’t getting cleaned nearly often enough.

Edit: 30 mins have gone by & my partner who ate their burger (hadn’t realized the issues stated earlier until after they ate the entire burger), now has an uncomfortable stomach pain, rates it 6/10 for how bad the pain is.

Easily the worst Wendy’s we have been to. We have been here multiple times just because its on the way to and from family and we have picky kids. If it wasn’t for that I would never come back. Its constantly understaffed and they are over worked probably. And its always dirty. Something is always broken or they are out of something. Today we stopped and we were the second to last order to get FRIES. The ones we did get were over cooked and obviously the bottom of the barrell. Then the soda machines were not particularly working and we got very little flavor and a lot of carbonated water. Its a very convenient location for us but looks like we will have to go down to McDonald’s and another exit on our way because this was absolutely ridiculous.

Did not put Swiss cheese on any of my breakfast sandwiches. I was the 1st customer and was served last behind 3 people. I was told they don’t do muffins here anymore. I mean Jesus Christ hire worse workers. You’re doing a phenomenal job at vetting people
