I go to Wendy’s a few times a month. I go through the drive-thru on the weekends for lunch. The food is always fresh and tastes great. Sometimes it’s a little hard to understand what is being said on the drive-thru speaker, but I think that’s probably something everywhere. I will continue going here on the weekends as long as the drive-thru line isn’t too long.

I’ll say they are somewhat faster then most businesses around here, but the food is usually pretty unsatisfying. There is never any napkins, silverware, or anything like that, the food after opening the wrapper will usually slide everywhere also. So it’s kinda just hit and miss! You might show up and get a 3.5⭐ meal and you also might show up and get a -5⭐ meal. Good luck!

Yesterday, my mom, sister & I had lunch at this Wendy’s. My sister and I live 100 miles away and our mom Lives 10 miles away in Illinois. We go to Vincennes to shop a couple of times a month. We frequently go to Wendy’s drive through. Yesterday we went inside. Our food met our expectations of above quality that we have found at most Wendy’s. We have always received good service at this Wendy’s. This time our server, Shawnette gave us above & beyond quality service! She was professional, friendly, and had a beautiful attitude. Thank you Shawnette! Because of you, we left Wendy’s with smiles on our faces!

Ordered food and had to wait for chicken to be cooked for the chicken salad. The problem wasnt waiting is I ordered a Dave single with fries and they had it ready and sitting on the tray waiting for the chicken salad so when I got my food it was cold. I did ask for fresh fries and I got some that was warm not cold but not fresh!

This wendys is seriously top tier. Always please, thank you, how are you from the staff. There are always two women there that are just the sweetest, you can tell they’re hard workers! I think one was recently promoted to manager, which she definitely deserves! My food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but so worth it because once again, always hot and fresh!!!
