Can’t tell you about the food because we didn’t get to order. As far as the service, we stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and the only person to say anything to us was the guy getting the orders ready for pickup. They did have a line in the drive-thru, which they were working to fill.
I seen or heard 4 or 5 people there. And maybe there was only one qualified to run the register, but at minimum they could have said that. But the rest weren’t overwhelmed by any stretch of the imagination.
The other thing was that the one running…standing by the fryers, had pants that looked like they had just got done working on a car, which is fine if you are a mechanic, but not in a restaurant fixing food. From what I could tell, the others were ok.
As for the atmosphere…let’s say I dont really know?
I don’t expect a fine dining experience when I go to a fast food place, but I do expect service, respect, cleanliness, and…food. None of which I got.

Food was excellent I had a cheeseburger deluxe with a large fries and large drink. My daughter got a double stack with large fries & drink. My son had a 4 nuggets with a large fries. The service was outstanding, food came out really quick. Price was less than going to McDonald’s by a bit. Atmosphere was calm we sat down & ate our meal towards the end was ask how was our experience was. Overall impression is will go back again in the future.

Go here often and quality has went wayyyyyy down! They got rid of making their sweet tea and the new gold peak I wasted money on its gross! If you want chocolate chip cookies its a hit or miss if they have any left…. I have gotten wrong orders, charged for someone else’s order that was way more money than mine, and most recently go in and waited 5 mins while others walked around and no one took my order so I left. This store has went down hill over the last few months that I am done wasting money coming here. To each is their own but that has been my experience recently! During the Night shift is where most of the issues that had occured. When I have complained all I get told is I’m sorry.

I usually go after I get off work at 10 pm. The small crew that works this shift are AMAZING! They are fast, polite, comical, accommodating, and just all-around amazing fast-food employees. So THANK YOU MITCHELL’S WENDYS for the awesome food and friendly crew.
