Stopped in for lunch today. Had a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was really good. The vegetables on it were actually good, and the chicken itself was extremely hot and really juicy. Have never had a problem at this location. Got my food in under a minute

Stopped in here for a quick bite of dinner last night. Staff was friendly but service seemed slow. Wasn’t given any crackers or hot sauce with chilli and waited for over 3 minutes for someone to assist me as they aren’t available on the counter to grab. The frostycinno while usually delicious just was subpar last night. Lacked the frosty flavor I was looking for.

They constantly get very simple orders wrong, they’re all too willing to hand out old food that needs to be trashed rather than served, and the General Manager Christina Chandler outright thinks that it’s acceptable for her own employees to throw things directly at customers including said old food. She’s disgusting, she’s bigoted, and she doesn’t deserve your business. Take your money elsewhere.

The cashier couldn’t ring us up and the food was terrible. Fries were cold and soggy, Junior Baconator was prepared incorrectly, they only had a few soft drink choices left (no tea), and we found a pube on our tray. Enough said. I will never go back there.

They are to lazy to turn on the frosty machine at this location. I have lived in the area for 13 years and have NEVER been able to get a single frosty because according to them it is ALWAYS broken. And I have had to wait at the drive through multiple times because the entire staff was outside smoking at the same time. Dont waste your time at this location.

Employees are nice but this location has become a disorganized nightmare of a restaurant since last year. I can only guess it’s under new (worse) management. Take your business elsewhere if you need your order in a timely manner. Maybe drive to the bloomington location and back. It would still be faster.
