This evening I order food on their app to dine in 10 minutes before we got there . Got there the kid behind the counter was complaining about not having a car and couldn’t get his head back into work . Told us they had huge ordes and be a while. Meanwhile one of their employees went to the back to VAPE and blew a huge cloud of white smoke a the counter. We stood there for an extra 20 minutes, seen our food ready with in that time gettin cold! I got the kids attention an told him that we had been wait 20 min! He said ur order is next when it was sitting there !!! Rude , and un professional, specially the taping in the kitchen !! We wasted 17.00 for no food !

Worst chicken wrap I’ve ever had!
Brown lettuce, old rubbery chicken that looked like it had been cooked hours ago.
Tasted awful, I took one bite and spit it back out. $11.00 for my inedible meal!
The guy at the first window completely ignored me. Held his hand out for payment and then shoved my card back in my face. Girl at the second window was scratching her nose as she asked me what I ordered. Then picked my food up with the same hand!
I’m just blown away by how terrible the service was!

Looked online and says open until midnight-dining room, show up and on the door says open until 10(I’m pretty sure), but at 745 they already have their doors locked. Ot h first time, they close whenever they feel like it. It’s no way to do business especially when your supposed to be part of a franchise. I understand things happen, people call in but that is a management issue and shouldn’t be a customer issue. And the manager at the windows was incredibly rude, even tho I was polite and didn’t even ask about why it was closed, just ordered my cold old fries and stale bun burger. Fun

Went there after work for something quick. Usually don’t mind that the food isn’t the most fresh , but went here around 10:30pm and it was kind of busy for so late. Ordered a saucy nug and got a do-it-yourself nug, idk, maybe they stopped serving saucy nugs but instead of giving me 3-4 sauce packets and some nuggets, they should have said that. My burger was medium warm and found a long blonde hair in it about half way through. food here is almost never fresh, always tastes like rock bottom. workers were fast and polite tho.

One of many times I have got food here with service and portions completely messed. I’ve got cold chicken, and completely rock hard over cooked chicken. missing items and completely wrong orders. This is sad.

I love the food and everything about the menu; I just would like if they had a variety of healthier options. Also the fries are bit dry, salty, and not fresh, but other than that my chili and spicy chicken sandwich was so good.

I wouldn’t recommend going here. A few days ago they wouldn’t even answer the drive through microphone, and made me wait 10 minutes when no-one else was there I had to leave. Just tonight I went there they said wait a minute which is fine after 3 minutes I said hello with no response. Then I said again is there anyone there, and they yell give me a minute again WITH ONLY 1 OTHER CUSTOMER THERE! Very unprofessional costumer service. It isn’t like they’re ever busy or I’d understand. This is always at 10:30-11:30pm.
