Sultana restaurant is a true hidden gem! In Dulles town Center .Every dish tasted incredibly authentic and reminded me of real Egyptian home-style cooking. You can tell the food is made with passion — the spices, the freshness, and the presentation were all on point. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience feel warm and personal.
The portions were generous, the prices were fair, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Whether you’re craving Mombar, Macrona Bachamel, Chicken wrap, or even Choclate crepes, this place delivers the REAL Egyptian taste. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone!

I stopped by Sultana after seeing it all over TikTok and reading the reviews, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype.
The chicken was extremely dry, and the dish itself didn’t offer much beyond plain rice and chicken. The garlic sauce leaned a bit too sweet for my taste. The Dubai chocolate crepe also had an overwhelming amount of Kanafah, which threw off the balance. Not to mention the astonishing price of $17 for a crepe.
On the positive side, the wrap was good but overall, it wasn’t enough for me to come back.

I had dinner here and ordered multiple dishes with my family as you can see from the pictures attached. The food did taste authentic and they did not hold back with any seasonings. You got exactly the flavor you were expecting except better. The dubai style chocolate kunafa was also awesome to try

You can tell this good is made authentically with love! They don’t skimp on the spices and flavor. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was great! They treated my daughter and I like family and even gave us a free chocolate bar (made by Mama and also delicious).

This place is great! Fresh food well prepared food, the chicken in wrap or salad or whole form is excellent, the grilled chicken and pomegranate salad is amazing, the woman running the register (owner?) Was super friendly. And you could tell it’s good with how busy it is on the weekend. The humus and rice were also great! And the garlic sauce was really tasty! We will definitely go here again.

I had Makatona Bashamel, pasta with meat and spices, as well as Mombar, stuffed animal intestines. One bite of Mombar, and you will feel you are on cloud 10. Unlike traditional Mombar, where it’s stuffed with rice, this one is made with MEAT inside it. The food was so good…. I had to take a nap. Visited the mall soley to eat here based on recommendation. Felt like great people that care about their business and guests. Generous portions and everything delicous, with surprisingly complex and balanced flavors. Saw numerous people stop by with warm greetings in familiarity. Definitely outdelivers the setting and expectations.

Wow ! I said I would take a picture but couldn’t put down my fork to take the photo, I said I would have a few bites because I was not that hungry, but I ended up eating almost half of it and left the other half for my friend and son. I had the koshary. And it was amazing. It was exactly how koshary should be. We had gone to a place that made Egyptian food About a week before that, and we’re disappointed with the koshary at the other place. It was mushy and not the right textures. The food at Sultana had perfect texture. The sauce did not soak into the rice or the noodles and the onions were crispy and the sauce was so amazing. You can tell that everything is homemade there and then everything is made with care and love. I also met the owner and she helped serve me and she was so friendly and really amazing. It’s definitely somewhere I will travel to Virginia just to go to.!!! My friend had some type of rice meat dish and he said it was amazing. He is Egyptian and approved it.
