Overall not bad, they were friendly enough not to be rude, just dont order the chicken wrap, its a whole Lotta tortilla, for the first two bites I was excited, but it turned out that was all the chicken in the wrap, the bottom half was just tortilla and ranch. Either get a smaller wrap or actually put some food in there.

Ordered a baked potato, 4 chicken tenders, jr. bacon cheeseburger at 5:40 . They said 6 minutes for fresh hot tenders. I was like okay. Needless to say after 12 minutes I walked in bc no food yet. And they were like what did u order. Then I had to stand there and wait for them to make my jr. bacon cheeseburger. Making me 2 minutes late for work. Thanks Wendy’s.

Drive-thru business was thriving, line moved quickly. I chose to place order & eat inside. No one in line (or in the dining room), waited less than 2 minutes for someone to greet me & ask for my order.
Single with cheese was fresh & hot, assembled with the correct condiments. Fries were hot out of the fryer – be aware they’re well-salted; if you are on a sodium restricted diet I would suggest ordering “no salt” fries.
Restroom was clean & well-stocked. One regular stall & 1 handicapped in the women’s restroom. If I were to be really picky, the floor was littered with pieces of toilet paper, but I think it was due to the dispensers & wasn’t awful. Two handicapped parking spaces; the two spaces designated for order pickups were closer to the door, but that may have been due to placement of the ramp. Plenty of space inside for wheelchair maneuvering.
One negative – drink cups are kept upside down on the counter next to the register. When I was given one for my drink, it was placed rim side down on the customer side of the counter. Nothing that is going to touch the drink should be kept on a potentially contaminated surface such as a public counter. I would prefer my cup come from a dispenser, or if there are none, then at least use a tray underneath and swap for clean daily. And please don’t plop my drinking surface on a public counter.
Ask them to hand you a cup in the dining room. Overall, if you’re looking for a fast, hot Wendy’s meal, this is a great choice.

I stopped in to get a few meals to go for my family. We ordered a few potatoes, two small chilis, and an apple pecan salad. The woman who took my order was friendly and answered my questions. My order my ready quickly, and the portions were good for the price. Everything tasted good and fresh. Great job Wendy’s!

They got rid of their BBQ crunchy onion sandwiches which is the only sandwich I ordered but they have good French frys and their cherry vanilla coke is my weakness.

The restaurant was clean. The first thing I did was take my baby to the restroom change station and was pleased with how clean the restroom was. The tables and seats were clean as well. The cashier was smiling and kind, he was really attractive, actually, clean cut and nice hair, but not opposed to wearing a hair net. I was impressed with the fries as well. Wendy’s has the best potato cut fries with the skins on and they sell like crazy so alot of locations forget to change the fryer oil which causes starch build up and the fries stick together and the taste is off… not this one, fresh oil for sure. Great fries. My son was so happy with his food he was actually quiet and sat still for once, and he said he was just enjoying the goodness of the food.

This location did a fantastic job accommodating a school field trip with roughly 30 middle schoolers. We called 30 minutes before arrival to give them a heads up. It only took 45 minutes to get in and out, it only took the employees 15 minutes to serve us all. They were very understanding of a high energy atmosphere that middle schoolers bring. All the food was fresh, facility very clean, and were all just very nice in general. We appreciate them and definitely recommend!

A Better than average Wendy’s. Any chain restaurants are hit & miss. This is a Wendy’s we frequently visit on our way to pickup in Elkhart. They most always have fresh food seem to always get the order right when we customize a order.
