I don’t know who runs this pace but they should be teaching other Wendy’s how to operate. My biggie bag is always fresh and hot and the staff is always nice to me. I drive from the other side of town just to eat here.

This is the Wendy’s I normally go to. I used to work in customer service so I always make sure to use my “please” and “thank you’s” to food service workers. Today, I got a baked potato and when I put my fork in it, it was not soft at all and upon further inspection, noticed that there were parts of the potato that was ice cold. I went back and was very polite about explaining the situation (I understand, mistakes happen!) and asked for fries and cheese instead. One employee proceeded to give me a hard time about the cheese and saying I had to pay for it. Even though the price of my baked potato would have been the same as a fri and cheese. I finally got both items and left without a single employee apologizing to me for the cold baked potato. I thought this was rude considering how polite I was when everyone knows that there are plenty of other people in this world that would have been mean to the employees over a cold baked potato. I know the employees don’t really care about this, but I will no longer be going to this Wendy’s. I am very disappointed.

I hear they have good breakfast potatoes and I hear the breakfast Baconator is good, but I’ve never got to try them because They NEVER open the dining room at 9am or anytime close to that for breakfast despite the sign next to the door stating such. Been trying for months to get breakfast here but the dining room is never open for breakfast. I don’t eat in my new vehicle. They give the same excuse that the dining room cashier didn’t show up, despite there being zero cars in the drive thru, you would think they could ring you up on the drive thru register. I guess the hours set by corporate doesn’t matter.

The food was good and I enjoyed this establishment it has very limited indoor seating. They do have self order kiosk apreantly that doesn’t prevent someone from messing up your order.

Had to ask for drinks from the back freestyle machine didn’t have ice and drinks did not taste right. Fries were old and barley warm. Nuggets and chili and sandwiches were good. New wrap is very good service was okay

I was rushed through my order and staff were upset when I ordered another frosty when I got to the window. They threw my frosty’s from the frosty machine to the window where the carrier was. Had to go inside to get sauce and spoons. Will not return.

Food is good but disappointed that their card machine was down. They told no one and by the time you find out at the box your stuck in the line. To bad they are not more like the one on south Washington. This store could learn a thing or 2 about customer service from them.
