Had carryout. Was told they were waiting on fries. (Ordered a burger, chicken nuggets and fries) nuggets and fries were cold. Asked for no lettuce on my burger and got extra lettuce on it.
Ended up throwing my burger away and microwaving the chicken nuggets for my son.
Will not be returning to Wendy’s.

First time ordering from this location and it was disgusting I just wanted a deluxe chicken sandwich on lettuce sub mustard and ketchup with mayo. I also spoke to manager she thought it was funny and didn’t provide her. The food tasted old as if it came out of the garbage.

Well, what I don’t like is we pay the full value of what is advertised we expect to get, and what we get is short of that. Look at the advertised picture and what I was given then you decide if that is worth that full value. So the workers are nice giving you that mystery bag but gave a low rating for service due to they control the expectation and preparing your order. Some workers care little about what they give you. So, for now, I have been having an inconsistent experience. Perhaps it is better to buy during times when they are busy to get hot fresh food. Notice the unmelted cheese due to the mildly warmed meat. Can you identify the lettuce on there? I wouldn’t have sent that burger out like that if I was their worker…

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. Not only is there ALWAYS an issue with the food, every staff member there is horribly rude. Some young kid manager that closes told me he was “too busy doing manager things in the managers office to watch his employees that should know how to do their jobs” then hung up on me when I asked for his name. I gave them another chance on DoorDash and they didn’t hand the driver my drink, and all the food is mediocre at best. Save yourself the trouble and just go anywhere else.

I got my food pretty quick. I also asked the cashier if she could bring my food to me since I was holding my daughter and also had the diaper bag. She was happy to bring me my food. They have strawberry lemonade it was delicious. I also got the double cheeseburger that was delicious also. They have 99 cent cookies.

The owner needs to teach their employees what customer service is. Maybe take them to a Chick Fil A, where the service is great every single time. The employees here have none to speak of and are either very rude or look like deer in headlights. Just went through the drive thru and the employee rudely asked, “Does that complete your order” after every item. At the window, the employee didn’t say one word, certainly not hello, and not even a total. Just took the card and handed it back. There was all sorts of tomfoolery going on inside between workers. Owners and management need to review your surveillance footage to see what you’re paying people to stand around doing. Then surprise, surprise the order was wrong! We were charged for food we didn’t order, missing things that we did order, and what we did got was sloppy and cold. I won’t go back until they fix their Gen Z stare at a minimum.

Took Lola, our doggie, to Wendy’s. I had not had a Frosty in about a year! Boy did I miss them. Lola had a plain cheeseburger but she was more interested in my meal (of course). All in all, the drive through was a good experience. We arrived at an off time so the wait was not long at all
