I was inside of Wendy’s around 11:30am when I ordered food. However I went back to the counter and told the so call “Manager” in the dark colored shirt pictured below that they had forgot to put my sauce in the bag. She lied and said that I told her that I didn’t want any sauce mind you chicken nuggets came with my meal so why would I eat chicken nuggets without sauce? Because I clearly told her that I wanted Sauce when she asked!! she then proceeded to grab 1 package of sauce while rolling her rusty eyes in my face like she had an attitude or something I asked for another manager over her then another so call “Manager” an older lady whom looks like some kind of Witch walks up and I told her is their another higher Manager other than them? She didn’t say anything and pretty much ignored me turned back around and started messing with the drink machine. These employees at this location needs a reality check on Customer Service and how to treat them, because one simple mistake they could’ve been more polite and respectful. Wendy’s Corporate needs to get these two storm employees that they call “Managers” in check Foreal because they are truly an embarrassment!!. ️ However I will be filing an complaint against these two “employees”.

this place is terrible. i ordered breakfast for me and my boyfriend and i got two breakfast sandwiches. one of them was a croissant sandwich which came out fine but the other was a biscuit sausage and i did not get that. instead i was given a biscuit bacon and egg sandwich which i did not ask for. and the french toast sticks were RAW. my boyfriend says : very disappointed, our day is ruined. i do not recommend coming here at all.

I placed an order for 9 items. I pulled over to check my order and only had 8. I was missing an item and went inside to get my missing chicken sandwich. I couldn’t tell if regular or spicy was missing, since I ordered both and they are not labeled. The manager was at the drive thru window and he was the one who handed me my food. He stood by the drive thru area and told me I got all my food in a rude tone. Not once did he ever come to the counter. I said that I was missing a chicken sandwich and all he could say is what are you missing? I said a chicken sandwich but I didn’t know which kind. A woman came to the counter to actually help figure this out. The manager stayed by the drive thru. They looked up the order and we went through the bag and I was given the missing sandwich. I actually said “I don’t understand why we are being talked to like this over a missing item.” I refuse to be talked to this way so I will not be returning.
I am attaching photos of what the food looked like when we got home to eat our cold food.
It doesn’t look very appetizing and only 1 chicken sandwich has tomatoes. I ordered multiple of the same items and none look the same. Awful store experience. Never will be going here again. No wonder the drivethru is empty, order wrong, missing items, food looks unappetizing, and management using a rude tone with customers instead of being professional.

The night crew at this location do not car about their jobs I’ve been here only a few times at night and every single time I get food for my family and I they forget something and I either drive away before checking or I check and say something and when I do they give me attitude no matter the person in the window. I’m a young man working a part time job that deals with customers and I understand I can be tiring but it’s no excuse to at least make sure you’re getting orders correct.

Love this place. Now they came out with $1.00 biscuit sandwiches with sausage, egg and cheese or bacon ,egg and cheese. And let’s not forget the chicken biscuit also. Ate here before this and will continue but just want to say thank you for doing this value sandwich menu.
