This Wendy’s is FABULOUS! I’ve been to this location 3 times now and my experience is consistently awesome. The food is delicious, fresh, and cooked properly. The staff is kind and accommodating, and I’ve never had to wait long. Keep up the great work!

Stop by for the first time today and I ordered a sandwich and fries with extra ketchup. Unfortunately, I got no ketchup. My fries were very very salty, but the burger was good. The service was pleasant.

Went two mornings in a row, food was fair, at best. Croissant was rock hard first day and there was some white, gross-looking stuff on same sandwich the second day. I also don’t like that hot coffee is being served in a coated plastic cup. But the people and cleanliness is A+. Work on the food prep a bit and I’ll be a daily customer. I’ll try again in a month or so to see how the food is again.

Great food. Excited to see this in Demotte. I think they underestimated the popularity of this restaurant, though. There was only one register open inside and it is a small place. Although, It seems many are using the drive through and they were relatively fast with food. It will be one of our favorite fast food places in Demotte.

Honestly the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. Every food place will struggle in their first week. But I’ve been here 3 times and every time my food is hot fresh and tastes pretty great. For sure the best I’ve been to. The people are overly nice as well which is a big plus.

Not great. Burger was good but the large fries had been sitting, not hot, way over salted and was basically a bunch of “fry tidbits” crammed in to the bottom half of the container.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to the other day I ordered a party pack of nuggets half the nuggets were under cooked with gooey breading the service is terrible long waits and terrible shift leads or managers and rude staff if you go inside to order you feel ignored. Watched a guy ask for an extra bag as his was ripping and no one could even do that terrible!!!!! And door was locked at 8:30?

I have been to this Windy’s twice now, first time my fries were cold and stale. Second time my burger was raw and my order was wrong. They forgot to give me my drinks took me almost 10 minutes after getting my food to get my drinks so my food was cold by the time got to my home to find a raw burger. I tried calling them before posting this 4 times and no answer. Windy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant and this is by far the worst location I have ever been to.

Wow. My single with cheese was hugely disappointing. Wendy’s use to pride itself on “fresh not frozen” beef and cooking that burger minutees before it was wrapped and given to you. The burger suffers from stagflation being really small and the most disappointing element was this burger was made hours before I ordered it. Save your money and order the 1/4 pounder from McDonalds which is made to order.
