I ordered a hamburger kids meal for my daughter. We get home and there is no meat on it. Just cheese, tomato and bacon. How do you forget meat on a burger?!

Went here for breakfast took 10 minutes to get my order taken while I listened to the lady taking my order deal with a mess up on the order before me. The card reader wouldn’t read my card so I paid cash. Few minutes later I get asked to pull to a spot. An employee brings my food but not my drinks. I tell him and then after waiting 5 minutes had to go in and get my drinks. Was asked if I wanted a drink carrier I said sure just for her to turn and yell to ask if they had drink carriers. I said nevermind took my drinks and left. Went to get my food out had 2 different sized fries even though they were ordered the same. Pulled on sandwich out of bag and it had a sweaty used glove tucked under the flap of the sandwich. I will never visit this location. I’ve worked restraunts for many years and never heard of something like this

Wendy’s food is great. I choose them over all fast food restaurants. Today not all good I order my regular Asiago spicy chicken combo. I waited 20 minutes for it to be ready. The chicken was hot but fries were cold plus my bun was cold and hard. Since I had to wait that long my fries should be fresh. Pros professional drive thru guy. Plus the lady who brought food to car was super nice

This location and most locations on the eastern side of Indianapolis now are always out of things. The standard that Wendy’s has when I was growing up is not the same anymore. I don’t believe it’s a store problem that it’s several. I believe it’s a reginal or area manager issue. Something needs done. Heads need to roll. I’ve very disappointed with the quality. I’ve been going to McDonald’s a lot recently because of it. I don’t what to do other than to shack me head. I hope to see improvement in the future or they will see a big loss in revenue because of people like me going elsewhere for food.

I asked for a large double famous Dave combo( 2 of them) and large chilli. The gave me 2 singles medium fry and argued about me asking for them to fix my medium drink. And when I asked for a receipt I was denied. Wendy’s is in the pits. The absolute worst service in the 23 years I have been patronizing Wendy’s. When I ordered I kept being asked, “is that it, is that it, is that it?”

I know places are under staffed and understand longer wait times, but I would expect that they get the order right still and give us good food. In the same pack of fry’s half are burnt and half are uncooked. Baconator fry’s had a pinch of shredded cheese on top of the same burnt and uncooked fry’s. Both sandwiches wrong. The only part of our order that was correct and edible was the kids meals.
