Johnson was our server. First of all, he was about rude as they can get. He kept sighing and cutting us off mid sentence, and would catch an attitude when we asked for a vanilla frosty. I used to work at the Wendy’s over off of southport, I half the time didn’t even know what flavor frosty we had, and they change up often. There was no reason to cut her off all rude and say we don’t have vanilla. You could have said you only have chocolate or strawberry but he chose to be disrespectful. Like I mentioned at worked at a Wendy’s so this job is not that hard. Maybe the 12 an hour gets to you guys buy I can see why especially with the attitudes and the service. Our nuggets were old, though you’re supposed to put them on a timer and exchange them per 30 minute intervals. The fries weren’t the worst, yet I could tell nobody shook the fry basket while they were frying because I had fries all clumped together. I can guarantee the grease trap hasn’t been changed in over two weeks as well. It’s not hard to make nuggets they cook for five minutes. It’s not hard to be polite when a customer is ordering especially considering we ordered 20 worth of food.

Food was great, as it always is. Our drink did not have ice in it, very little if any. My wife wanted the ice more than the drink. The food was great, just wish a little more attention on the customer service, even if close to closing.

Since when does Wendy’s close at 7:30 pm on a Monday? My daughter wanted Wendy’s over McDs and I was more than happy to oblige, all the doors were locked and the girl inside looked at me like I was stupid. The sign on the door clearly says midnight, no other closing time is posted for any day. We had been there a couple days before and we are inside at a little after 8pm. They need to get their act together. What time does your dining room close? Whenever you feel like? I worked in restaurant management for several years and never even thought of just closing whenever I felt like.

I went in to order and the trainee took the guys order in front of me and walked away. Then the employees in back asked her to start doing fries. So here is this new employee boxing fries and her front end trainer just staring at me standing there waiting to give my order…but wait, it gets even better. While she’s working on fries there were two other employees just watching her, so now we have three employees doing absolutely nothing except watching. Their sign says “now hiring”… they don’t need more employees, they just need to make the ones they have do their job instead of standing there.

Sometimes we stop here to get my son something to eat, after school. His school is only 2 mins away. I’m able to place his order as we’re leaving his school via mobile app & it’s usually ready with minimal to no wait. Service is quick and employees are friendly. Would recommend for drive thru/pick up, haven’t ate inside in years though.

I went to this Wendys location 20 minutes ago. I tried to go into the dining room and eat inside with my son, and it has been decades since I ate inside of a Wendy’s. The front door was locked. My son and I got back into the car, and I decided to call the restaurant…figuring they didn’t realize it was locked. A gentleman answered and I told him I was trying to come inside and eat, and that the doors were locked. His response, “I know, I’m the only one here…what do you need”? I asked if we were allowed to come inside and eat and he responded with “I gotta go”…and slammed the phone in my ear. You should close your store and not open, instead of giving your customers such disgusting service and experience. I did see that the drive thru was open, but we went across the street to a different restaurant. This was absolutely poor customer service and is completely unacceptable. You wonder why restaurants are struggling? This is a prime example.

Just stopped at this location to get dinner for the family..This poor gentleman is running the store alone no crew. Despite everything he is going through he got the six cars ahead of me out really quick and explained to me it would be a minute as he was alone to pull forward and he would bring my food out.i have zero problems with waiting. Just leaving a review to say get this poor gentleman so help!! He needs support from upper management.
