The person working the drive thru seemed impatient and perhaps even irritated. When I was handed our food, the drive thru attendant sort of just stared at me awkwardly and said, “here ya go.” I thanked her and headed home. When I got home I realized there were two hairs in my salad. I genuinely don’t know if it was intentional but regardless the food was inedible. Very disappointing.

I went through the drive thru really fast only ordered small potato fries, nice younger guy working the window, he greeted me and actually made some small talk. Very nice compared to most people at that age early 20s seem so rude lately. The fries were okay they were cold and they were small fries not like thick potato fries are supposed to be. The price was great. Only 2$ and some change. Drive thru I already said it once.

Workers were very rude. Food took 25 minutes when not busy. People walking in ordering after me got their food first. I was not given a reason as to why. Will not be returning. It also seems like they could step up their cleaning. Poor experience all the way around. Somehow our food was also cold? Doesn’t make sense but whatever.

Seems really hard for them to take resoinsibility for bathroom cleaning. I had to clean poop off the toilet before my daughter went so she didnt touch it or sit on it. Both toilets had poop on them: manager or shift leader was mad about me telling them both toilets needed attention after we dealt with it. They also told me they were out of ranch and barbecue while preparing our meals. We had 3 kids meals and one order of a 10 pc nugget which they asked what condiments we wanted for all nugget meals. Then a lady gives me one after that from a secret stash or something right in the fridge at the front. So i ask for one more-i have 3 children and knew there were more. So one of them goes on this rant about $.50 and i said hey you didnt give me what you said you would originally. Idk. They were all unpleasant and dirty bathrooms. Youre at work a whole shift working with public maybe it would it kill you to be kind or do your job during that time. Simple job done with bad attitude. Bad vibes. Bad service. Miserable employees needn’t take it out on patrons keeping the place in business.

Terrible Wendy’s.
Would NOT recommend this location at all.
The ladies working here just converse with each other inappropriately and complain about the order at window (mine).
I was told they are switching the nuggets to spicy and how they couldn’t find lettuce.
On top of that, the Nuggets, COLD, Fries, COLD, Salad, WILTED. Drinks were fine and burger was OK.
But will not be returning.

One star is being nice. My burger was messed up. My fries were ice cold. The employees are rude as can be. I know Wendy’s is shutting down stores and this should 100% be one of the locations they shut down. I want a refund. I don’t want more terrible food in place of the terrible food I already got. I won’t eat here ever again after dealing with the rude employees and terrible food. Still waiting on a call from management but I’m not holding my breath.

Horrible attitude tonight from woman running the front. I can be very patient with people and acknowledging that maybe they’re having a bad day but from the very get go her attitude was downright horrendous. Was told it was gonna be a wait, no big deal, then I begin to order, and before I could tell her the type of chicken nuggets I was rudely interrupted with “What sauce?” Then once I got up to the window I wanted to make sure I didn’t leave nothing out of my order and wanted to make sure amongst the rude interruption that my order was right. The reaction I got, you would have thought I asked her to pay for my meal, the slamming of the window when I asked, the attitude, then to repeat my order like it was the hardest thing to do. I left. Didn’t bother consuming my energy around something so down right ugly. Went all the way to keystone just to find myself around those who actually know how to treat people with some human decency. Crazy part is I’ve never been treated like this for as long as I’ve come to this specific Wendy’s til tonight. Red hair girl working the drive through tonight, I hope your night gets better but please learn how to treat people kindly or please seek a job where human interaction is limited for you if you cannot find it in your heart to treat people kindly.

Workers was very rude. I pulled up to the speaker and he said they wasn’t taking any orders I asked why and the worker said “talkin about why ain’t you taking orders” so then a girl starts talking saying fryer caught on fire and caught an attitude as well . It was customers infront of me and they served them plus the customers inside !

We waited in line for 10 minutes without advancing. People had a hard time checking on clients ordering indoors. Gave up and left without ordering

A simple coutesy is letting the customer know there will be a delay on food BEFORE, they take the order. Here i am washing minutes of mynlife i can’t get back. Probably more focused on the loud conversation she was having with the co-worker.
